About Cisdem PDF to Word Converter Cisdem PDF to Word Converter is a professional and powerful PDF conversion application that can help users convert PDF file to word (including *.docx, *.rtfd) easily. The word file will keep original text, images, layouts, hyperlinks, tables and graphics with high accuracy, enabling you to further edit and use it. 3

Activating this Application Cisdem PDF to Word Converter is available on our official website, you can download it at Once you have downloaded it to your computer, please double-click the DMG file to initiate the installation, and a window with this app s icon will appear on the screen after you do so, indicating the installation is completed. You then need to relocate the icon to desktop or Applications folder. Activating Cisdem PDF to Word Converter is a fairly easy task. You just need to launch the app first, tap on the Help on the menu bar, and select the Register Cisdem PDF to Word Converter from the list. Once the registration window shows on the screen, you have to copy-n-paste your registration code into the Keycode box, and then click Register button to confirm everything. 5 III. Application Operating i. Add & Clear PDF To add PDF files to Cisdem PDF PDF to Word Converter: 1. Drag-n-drop PDF files to main interface directly. 2. Click File > Add files on menu bar, and then select files in the window that appears. 3. Click File > Add Recent on menu bar, and then choose the file you have worked with recently from the submenu. 4. Click button, then select files from the pop-up window. To clear PDF files from Cisdem PDF to word Converter: 1. Highlight one or more files by command click, and then click. 2. Click File > Clear All on menu bar to clear all PDF files. 3. Click File > Clear Finished Items on menu bar to clear all finished items, including both 5

6 successful and failed items. ii. Preview PDF Click the format icon to preview the added PDF before starting conversion. iii. Enter the Password To convert password protected PDF, enter the user/open password to unlock the PDF. Click button, and then enter the password to the pop-up window: iv. Page Range Settings The app provides 2 options enabling you to convert all pages or specific pages of the file you loaded (images excluded). To convert all pages of a file, you can select All Pages. If you just want to select specific pages range to convert, you can choose Range option. A blank will show up and allow you to enter the page ranges. For example, to convert 1 to 5 pages, you can enter 1-5 in the blank. To convert page 2, page 4 to page 100, you can enter 2, If you want to convert other pages range in the file after conversion is complete, you can reset the pages range and then start conversion again. 6

7 v. Output format The program is able to convert PDF file to *.docx and *.rtfd. To select output format, click the output format button, and then click the format you want to create. After conversion is completed, you can click the output format button to choose another format and then start conversion again. vi. Output Path After you click Convert button, a window will pop up. You can choose where to save the converted files. vii. Start the Conversion 1. Highlight a PDF file and then click Convert button to start. During the conversion process, you can click Cancel button to cancel this conversion. 2. To convert a batch of PDF files, you can highlight them by command click. 7

8 3. To convert all PDF files, you can highlight all PDF files by clicking Edit > Select All on menu bar or using shortcut command + A, and then click Convert button to start conversion. viii. Show in Finder After converting a PDF file successfully, click to open the location of the output file in Finder. 8
