1 Navigating your KPMG Central Audit Collaboration Home Page Quick Reference Card 20 January 2017 Highlights This Quick Reference Card provides information on the KPMG Central Audit Collaboration Home Page, which allows you to navigate around the site to which you have been invited. 1. KPMG Central Audit Collaboration Home Page 1.1. Overview The web parts that are displayed on the KPMG Central Audit Collaboration Home page are determined by the KPMG engagement team. Some of the web parts that are mentioned in this quick reference card may not be available in your KPMG Central Audit Collaboration site. The following icons appear on the page: The home menu, to access key functionality and navigate around the site. Anywhere this icon is present, users can click on it to upload new documents. A menu that offers more available options, e.g. edit, download, delete. Indicates that there are multiple pages. 2 1.2. Web Parts Dashboard The dashboard web part displays a high level summary of the Prepared By Client (PBC) status in the KPMG Central Audit Collaboration site. Users can view the underlying detail of each status by clicking on the status. Refer to Quick Reference Card Accessing PBC Lists and uploading documents in KPMG Central for further information about the Dashboard. On the Documents web part, you can access PBC Lists/Requests through the PBC tab which allows filtering, searching and sorting capabilities, as well as the ability to upload and view attachments. 1: Select a PBC list by clicking on the checkbox of the PBC list under PBC/Category filter and click Go. To clear the filter, click Reset. 2: The PBC requests are displayed in the right pane. 3: You can select further filters to view PBC requests on 2 by selecting PBC List in 1, or by Category, Status, Due Date, and Assigned To. You can refer to Quick Reference Card Accessing PBC Lists and uploading documents in KPMG Central for further information about using PBC functionality. Document Libraries Documents PBC There are two types of document libraries: Client Only: Documents which your KPMG engagement team and you can access. Client and Joint Auditor (if applicable): Documents which your KPMG engagement team, your joint auditor and you can see To access the Document Libraries, you can either: Click on the relevant tab in Documents web part on the home page, or Navigate through the Home Menu > Documents, and select document library. 3 Uploading your Picture You can add your picture to your profile on the site: click on your name on the top right of the KPMG Central Audit Collaboration home page. In the dropdown, click on the Upload My Picture button, a pop-up window will display to allow you to upload your picture User Account Management Clicking on Change User Attribute will direct you to KPMG Central User Profile Management page that allow you to update your KPMG Central Audit Collaboration User profile attributes. Clicking on Change Password will direct you back to the site log in window where you can manage to change your password which is subject to the restrictions specified on that window. You can update your KPMG Central Audit Collaboration User Profile and change your password through User Account Management. 4 Contacts You can view announcements from your KPMG engagement team in the Announcement web part. The most recent announcement also appears in a red bar across the top of your site for three days KPMG Thought Leadership You can view site members and their contact details in the Contacts web part. The KPMG Though Leadership web part provides links to access three useful web pages which contain discrete sections present research, opinion and KPMG thought leadership. You can download the KPMG Though Leadership App which can provide you with instant access to KPMG insights from around the world to today s most pressing business issues and complex challenges. 5 The Calendar & Tasks web part allows you to set up and share events with your KPMG engagement team. Events can be added by clicking on display that allows you to create event details Discussion Board ; a pop-up window will Your KPMG engagement team may add links to useful websites Other options in the Home Menu User Guide Clicking on the Home Menu > User Guide > Client directs you to the User Guide library, which contains Quick Reference Cards to assist you when using the site. The other Quick Reference Cards available are: Accessing PBC List and uploading documents in KPMG Central Other functionalities Alerts and Reports Refer to Quick Reference Card Other functionalities for detailed guidance. A discussion board can be used for conversations between the KPMG engagement team and you. 1. A new item for discussion can be added by clicking on button, a pop-up window will display that allows you to create the item details. 2. My Discussions tab shows all items created by you and items to which you have replied. 3. All tab shows all items. 4. Click on Reply button, a pop-up window will display to allow you to add a new reply or edit your existing replies to the discussion item Click-Through Agreement Clicking on the Home Menu > Click-Through > User Consent Report directs you to the page where you can download the Click-Through Agreement and Terms and Condition of Use of the KPMG Central Audit Collaboration site (if you aren t the company approver, there will be only Terms and Conditions of Use for you to download) Link member firm has any authority to obligate or bind KPMG International or any other member firm vis-à-vis third parties, nor does KPMG International have any such authority to obligate or bind any member firm.
