2 Logging into the web interface 1. Open a web browser (we recommend Internet Explorer 8 or Firefox 3 or higher). 2. Go to: 3. Enter your Login ID and your password. 4. Click Remember Details. 5. Click LOGIN. You ll see the Home page. Logging out Click the Logout tab on the menu.

3 This takes you back to the login screen. Changing your password To change your login password, click on the change password link on the Home page. 1. Enter your current password 2. Enter your new password 3. Enter the new password again to confirm 4. Click update. Using your on demand conference You have an on demand conferences set up for you with your account. You can use it at any time, just dial in to the number and use the pins provided. There is no guarantee that other users may not be using the on demand conference service and there may not be enough capacity. If you wish to ensure capacity, book a scheduled conference as per the information later sections. 1 On the home page you will see listed any conferences you may have set up. 2 Use the telephone number and the pins as shown to circulate to the other participants. To record the conference 1 Click SELECT 2 Click UPDATE CONFERENCE. 3 Check the Record Conference tick box.

4 4 Click BOOK CONFERENCE. Creating a pre-booked conference 1 On the home page, click New Conference. 2 Check Reserved Capacity if you wish to be sure there is capacity for all the participants in your conference. 3 Fill in the number of participants you will have in your conference in the Max Participants box, up to a maximum of If you wish to record the conference, click the Record Conference box. 5 Set the date and time in the From and To boxes. 6 Click Book Conference 7 You will see a message saying that the conference has been successfully booked. 8 If you try to call into the conference before the booked start time, you will hear hold music until the scheduled time of the conference. To record the conference 5 Check the Record Conference tick box. Creating a recurring conference 1 On the home page, click New Conference. 2 Follow the instructions in the section above, but click the Recurrent radio button.

5 3 On the right, either add weekly meetings or if the conferences do not recur on that schedule, add single conferences until you have the conferences you require. Using the conference web controls When in a conference, you can see details about who is in the conference and mute or disconnect them. 1. Log into the web page while the conference is in progress. 2. On the home page, you will see that the status for the conference is Live. 3. Click SELECT. 4. Click on LIVE MONITORING. 5. Each participant can be muted or disconnected using the buttons next to their name: 6. Mute 7. Disconnect 8. Talk one to one with participant

6 To view call logs for your conference 1. Click on SELECT to the right of the conference 2. Click on CALL LOG 3. You will see when each caller joined and left the conference. To view recordings for your conference 1. Click on SELECT to the right of the conference 2. Click on RECORDINGS 3. Click on SELECT to the right of the recording you require. 4. Choose to download an MP3 file or WAV file of the recording.
