2 Audio Conference User Guide BRP Audio Conference service becomes one of necessary daily conference communications of the enterprises because of its simple, quick and convenient manner. It does not need the appointment of personal conference account, thus breaking the limit that traditional telephone can be limited to two parties, and it can accommodate domestic and international telephone access of more than one hundred parties. In addition to supporting the fixed terminal, it has realized the intelligent conference of mobile terminal. In addition, local access with global coverage, and PSTN network with high security and high quality, have provided perfect platform and service guarantee for high-efficiency communication and operation of the enterprise. Detailed operation guideline of audio conference is given below for your reference and use. Thank you for choosing Audio Conference products and services.
3 Useful tips for an efficient conference call > Before the meeting: Distribute an agenda including the date, time and conference code Do not disclose your leader PIN to your participant Specify the time zone in meeting invitations to those in foreign countries > During the meeting: The leader shall begin the audio conference in advance Prompt the use of mute function and keep the meeting room quiet when the leader and participants not in talking If you encounter any problem, dial *0 or 00 at any time to contact the Customer Service 01
4 1 Basic operation: traditional start of terminal equipment (including fixed-line telephone and various mobile phones) Start/Access a Meeting > Leader: 1. Dial your access number 2. At the prompt, enter:conference Code# 3. Press * to confirm you are the Leader 4. At the next prompt, enter the Leader Pin# > Participants: 1. Dial your access number 2. At the prompt, enter:conference Code# Telephone keypad commands 00 Operator assistance- Customer Service will individually contact the user *0 Operator assistance- Customer Service will entry the meeting 02

6 2 Rich value-added functions ensure easier use and management of audio conference 1. Conference Manager Conference Manager system is a network-client operating system capable of online and real-time monitoring and administration of your audio conference, and its powerful and rich conference monitoring and management functions are powerful guarantee to the success of your conference! > Login Open the browser, input the audio conference monitor system website: in the browser address bar, open the login interface of audio conference monitor system, input correct conference code leader PIN and verification code, and click Login button to entry the system. 04
7 > Quickly start the conference As the leader, you may start your conference by dialing out your own mobile phone or fixed line telephone number from the monitor system, eliminating the time for the leader to dial the access number, inputting the conference code and leader PIN to access the conference. 05
8 > Manage and control audio conference Dial out: the leader can call the disconnected participant again to access the conference Dial out to the participant: dial out the participant on the monitor system to access the conference Dial out to the disconnected party: it is possible to check the disconnected participant on the manager system and select the disconnected participant for group call Group dial out: call multiple participants in a time to access the conference 06
9 All mute: Mute all participants (except the leader) All unmute: change all participants from Mute to Unmute status Meeting end: Disconnect all participants (including the leader) Mute: Select and mute one participant Unmute: unmute the muted participant so that the participant can speak Hung up: select and disconnect a connected participant Reset name: rename the name information of the participants Close: the leader closes the meeting room, so the participants cannot access the conference by dialing the number Open: the leader opens the meeting room, so the participants can access the conference by dialing the number ANI number: the system can identify the caller ID of the participant, so that the leader can have clear understanding of the access of every line 07

Use instruction of Meeting Outlook Plug-in: Audio Conference enables you to quickly call multiple persons together- no matter wherever they are, it is possible to interact with you, carry out the cooperation and make decision. We will introduce how to easily arrange the conference by using Outlook. > Quick use of Meeting Outlook Plug-in: 1. Install Outlook plug-in (plug-in link may be downloaded in Your Telecom Conferencing Account Information sent by CSS to you. Attention: Outlook shall be closed in installation). Click the installation icon of Outlook meeting booking with the mouse, and click Next according to the steps, till the completion of Outlook plug-in program installation. 2. Run Outlook, and click New-Appointment 3. Click Insert conference information (Simplified Chinese or English) Remarks: in the initial run, the user is required to set the account information only fill in your Meeting Account and Password 08
11 4. After the setting of account information, select New-Appointment, and click Insert conference information. Then the system will automatically add the template contents to the s.
