1 Managing Westcor CPLs and Jackets within SoftPro 360 In order to help maintain a streamlined closing process we now provide the ability to order CPLs and Jackets directly from SoftPro 360. Applicable data will pull from the linked ProForm order and be submitted directly to Westcor without having to leave SoftPro. Data and Documents returned from Westcor will be saved to the ProForm order removing the need to re-type data. Westcor can be found under Underwriter Services in the Services panel. Submitting a Closing Protection Order request Select the ProForm order number that needs the CPL. If a ProForm order(s) is opened, the order number will be listed in the Order Linking dialog. The active order will be highlighted and entered in the Selected Order Number field. Any of the orders listed within the open orders box can be selected or the Selected Order Number field can be overwritten with an order that is not currently open. Once the ProForm order number is displayed in the Selected Order Number field, click OK to continue. Page 1 of 11 10/22/2012

2 After the order has been linked a Welcome screen will appear. The screen will provide more information about the type of products Westcor provides and contact information for Westcor. A Skip Welcome Page option is available to skip this screen for future orders. Click Next to continue. Page 2 of 11 10/22/2012

3 The Login screen will appear and requires Westcor s User ID, Password and Agency number. These credentials can be saved for future orders by selecting the Remember my account information box. Once the required credentials have been entered into the screen the Next button will become enabled. Click Next to become logged in. Page 3 of 11 10/22/2012

4 The Title Services screen will update as CPLs and Jackets are ordered, keeping a summary with details of the products that have been ordered for the ProForm order. CPLs and Jackets can be ordred by clicking the Add Product button. After clicking Add Product the Available Products screen will be displayed. On this screen a list of available products, determined by the credentials entered on the Login screen, will appear. The products available will be enabled. Products grayed out will provide a tool tip as to why they are not available. Page 4 of 11 10/22/2012

5 Ordering a Closing Protection Letter If the Closing Protection Letter was selected on the Available Products screen the following Closing Information screen will be seen. Any available Closing Protection Letters will be listed in the Select the Type drop down. The other data fields will first pull from the ProForm order but if the value was not in the linked ProForm order then it can be manually entered. Some values, such as the name of the Borrowers, will display a red astericks if the value is required to proceed to the next screen. The Issued Date is auto-populated and cannot be edited. The Covered Party(s) check boxes may be grayed out if a covered party is not required. Click Next to continue. Page 5 of 11 10/22/2012

6 The Lender Informaiton screen will be displayed and will pull the Lender information that was entered into the linked ProForm order. Like the Closing Information screen, if the Lender information was not available in the ProForm order then the values can be manually entered and a red asterisks will be displayed for any value that is required. 7 Clicking Next on the Lender Information screen will open the Buyer s Attorney Information screen. This screen will show the buyer s attorney name and address entered into the ProForm order. Any required data will be displayed by a red astericks. The CPL order request will be submitted to Westcor when clicking Submit and within a few seconds the Documents Review screen will appear. On this screen Click Accept to attached the CPL into the linked ProForm order. The CPL can be viewed as a PDF by click the PDF icon under the View column or it can be copied to the clipboard by clicking the document icon under the Copy column. This completes ordering a Westcor CPL. Page 7 of 11 10/22/2012

8 Ordering a Westcor Jacket To order a Jacket select Jacket on the Available Products screen. The Jacket Selection screen will appear with the list of available jackets to select from. After selecting the appropriate Jacket to issue and click Next. Page 8 of 11 10/22/2012

9 The next screen will display the Jacket Types available for the Jacket selected (Simultaneous, Lender, Owner or Commitment). Select the Jacket needed then click Next to continue. The Jacket Information screen will appear and display specific information needed to create the Jacket type selected on the previous screen. When required values have been entered the Next button will become enabled. The Next button may read as Submit if endorsements are not available for the Jacket Type selected. If the button reads Submit then clicking it will submit the jacket request to Westcor. Page 9 of 11 10/22/2012

10 If Next is clicked on the Jacket Information screen the Loan Endorsements selection screen should appear if the Jacket type selected supports endorsements. Multiple endorsements can be selected at one time. Select the endorsements needed then click Submit to submit the order request to Westcor. Page 10 of 11 10/22/2012

11 After clicking Submit the Review Policies screen will appear. This screen displays and allows the jacket along with the Jacket Policy number to be accepted into the ProForm order by clicking Accept. The Jacket can be viewed first by clicking the PDF icon or by clicking the Copy icon. Clicking the Copy icon will save the document to the clipboard. Once Accept is clicked the data will transfer into the order, the documents will also be saved to the order and the SoftPro 360 transaction will update to Completed. At this time no further actions can be done. To request addition CPLs or Jackets for the same order follow the same steps as above. This will generate a new SoftPro 360 transaction.
