5 2.1 Login Page Enter User Name and Password 2. Click Sign-in 3. Click New Installer Sign up for New Registrations Benefits of DG: It contains documents regarding advantages and benefits of Distribution Generation FAQs: It contains a document of Frequently Asked Questions related to Interconnection agreements and Oncor s services to the Installers and the Users. Training Guides: It contains a document with brief explanations of all the features, procedures, possible functionalities and processes in the Installer Portal.

6 2.2 Registration Page 1 1. Complete Registration Form-Fill Fields 2. Click submit 2

7 2.3 Dashboard Project Progression Summary: This section will show the statistics of Projects under the Organization. 2. esignatures: This section will show the projects waiting for esignature. The list will be shown in descending order with respect to the Number of Aging days. 3. Installer Capacity: This section will project the complete statistical data of the user s organization with respect to the equipment. 4. Recent Activities: This section will show the activities done by the User in Projects. 5. Comments: This section will show the comments posted related all the projects created by the User

8 2.4 Project List Page Add Projects: It will allow the User to create New projects 2. Excel Download: This feature will help the User to download the project list as excel file. 3. My Project/All Project: Project list can be sorted by: 1. My Projects It will display only User s Projects 2. All Projects It will display all the projects of the Organization 4. Items Per Page: It allows the User to select number of Projects to be displayed in single page 4

9 2.5 Project Tabs color coding Green color with Check mark represents that the information in that particular tab has been filled successfully by the User 2. Yellow color represents the Tab which is in progress by the User 3. Grey color represents that particular tab has not been completed filling by the User. Note: All these tabs are sequential and it should be filled in order.

10 2.6 Tool Bar It is a comment box which will contain all the comments with related to Projects. 2. It will enable the User to add comments for projects throughout. 3. It will take the User to the Previous tab 4. It will enable the User to Save the application. 5. It will enable the User to Exit the application with an alert pop up. 6. It will take the User to the Next tab

11 2.7 View comments Click View Comments button to view all the Comments 2. Number inside the circle will let you know the number of total comments. 3. Area to view all the comments (if any) 4. Click Close

12 2.8 Add comments Click Add Comments button to Add Comment 2. Add comments in the space given 3. Click Save

13 2.9 Account Menu Bar 1 Click to see menu bar: 1. My profile 2. Announcements 3. Sign Out

14 2.10 My Profile Click on My Profile 2. View Company and Personal Details 4 3. Make edits (if need) 4. Will indicate the status of installer s application for participation

15 2.11 Change Password Click on Change Password 2. Enter the Old and New Password Confirm the New Password 3. Click Save

16 2.12 Add User Add User will be available for only Installer Master 2. Role assign indicates the role to be assigned by Installer Master to the User 5 3. Indicates the program associated. 4. Click Save 5. Shows List of Users under Installer Master of that particular organization

22 4. NEW INSTALLER SIGN-UP AND APPROVAL PROCEDURE 2/16/

23 4.1 New Installer Sign Up Form 1. Complete Registration Form. Fill Fields 2. Click Submit

24 4.2 Approval Procedures Step 1: The New Installer will complete the registration in New installer Sign- Up Registration Form Step 2: Click Submit after filling the form Step 3: After submitting the Installer s sign-up form, it will be sent to the DG Group for approval Step 4: Until the Installer is approved by the DG team, projects cannot be created by the Installer. However, the Installer can view the Dashboard and other things.

25 4.3 Participation Confirmation Notification 1 2 Pop up screen with a notification message will be there in the Dashboard page. 1. Type 1 Notification: Message for New Installers before approval Participation approval is pending from Oncor 2. Type 2 Notification: Message for New Installers after approval (One time Notification) Participation approval is pending from Oncor

29 6.1 Customer Tab 1 2 Enter the details: 1. Project Name 2. Energization date 3. Premise No and Click on 4. Get Information button Fields will be auto populated below 6. Click Save. 7. Click Next 5 6 7

30 6.2 Mandatory Tab Select the Entity Type 2. Fill the fields under Owner of the Renewable System 3. Fill the fields under End-Use Customer Information 4. Under Property Owner Information, If we select Yes for Property owner is same as end-use customer the fields under will be auto populated 5. Fill the sections and fields under Authorized Release of Information 6. Click Save 7. Click Next 6 7

31 6.3 General Tab Fill all the details in the fields at the top. 2. Under Oncor to Export Energy, Select Yes or No 3. If Yes enter Total Inverter Capacity. If No just leave it blank 4. Fill the fields under Delivery Voltage Information 5. Fill the sections and fields under Interconnection Point Information 6. Click Save 7. Click Next 6 7

33 6.4. Adding Measures in Equipment Tab (1/4) Select the Technology Type : Inverter, Synchronous and Induction. 2. Select Equipment associated with it. 3. Click Proceed

34 6.4. Adding Measures in Equipment Tab (2/4) Fill the details of Equipment selected. 2. Click Save (After saving a dialog box will open which consist of Child measures 3. Select the Child measure from the drop down. 4. Click Add 3 3

35 6.4. Adding Measures in Equipment Tab (3/4) A Child Measure Pop up will be displayed. 1. Fill the details of Child Measure selected in previous screen 2. Click Save 3. View the Child Measures added (It is allowed to add multiple Child measures) 4. It is allowed to Edit, Copy and Delete the added measures. 5. Click Save

36 6.4. Adding Measures in Equipment Tab (4/4) 1 1. After saving Measuring a Pop up will be displayed stating Measures Saved Successfully

37 6.5 Documents Tab Note gives you the Information about all the document specifications. 2. Upload One Line Diagram 3. Upload Layout sketch 4. Upload Miscellaneous (if any) 5. Click Save

39 7. Prescreening Application Process for Large Systems For Large Screening Projects there will be new tab called prescreening. 2. Fill the Fields in the application 3. Upload KML File 4. Click Submit Application
