They are like the Mac, AJAX or Web 2.0 apps: Visual, click and drag, simple and effective You can get more done by taking advantage of your bigger, dual or triple monitors. See and access all the tools you use frequently. If you or your clients don t know the basics, you will get frustrated. You ll try them and soon quit. 79

26 Phone Pad Entering Phone Calls Incoming or Taking a Message You can start entering the message or notes immediately. In Call From type a few characters, press Enter, select a Contact. Or just type in a name. All other fields are optional. Press Tab and (optionally) search and select a Matter. Press Tab. Type the To person, either Staff or Contact. QuickPik is in effect and gives you a matching list to choose from. Press Tab. Enter Description and Message. 104
