7 1 Mounting support 1 and support 2 Step 1 Bolt support bar M6 ( ) onto base plate ( , available separately) using socket head screw M6 x 16 ( ). Step 3 Insert the edge support ( ) into the spacer bolt and fasten to the spacer bolt by tightening the set screw. Step 2 Bolt the spacing bolt ( ) onto the support bar using set screw M6 ( ). 7

8 2 Mounting support 3 Step 1 Bolt support column L=100 ( ) onto the base plate using set screw ( ). Step 2 Bolt support column L = 20 ( ) onto support column ( ) using set screw ( ). Step 3 Bolt connection joint ( ) onto support column ( ) using set screw ( ). Step 5 Bolt support bar ( ) and toggle clamp ( ) onto connection joint ( ) using clamp fastener ( ) with socket head screw M6 x 25 ( ). Step 6 Screw the adjustable ball support ( ) into support bar ( ); set the clearance and fix in place with locking nut. 9 Step 1 Release the socket head screw in the connection joint ( ). Step 2 Tilt the support bar and attachments into the desired position. Step 3 Tighten the socket head screw in the connection joint ( ). 9

10 3 Mounting support 4 Step 1 Bolt support column L=100 ( ) onto the base plate using set screw ( ). Step 2 Bolt support column L = 40 ( ) onto support column ( ) using set screw ( ). Step 3 Bolt support bar ( ) and support column L = 10 ( ) onto support column L = 40 ( ) using socket head screw ( ). Step 4 Screw the adjustable ball support ( ) into support bar ( ); set the clearance and fix in place with locking nut. Step 5 Bolt support column L = 20 ( ) onto support bar ( ) using socket head screw. Step 6 Bolt connection joint ( ) onto support column ( ) using set screw ( ). Step 7 Screw pin with thread ( ) into connection joint ( ) and tilt connection joint. 10

11 4 Clamping a component Step 1 Insert a component, align the ball supports and clamp using the toggle clamp ( ). Step 2 Place clamp spring clip ( ) on pin ( ); clamp component tightly. 11
