2 MODULAR ETT PANELS MULTI-TOUCH IN WIDESCREEN FORMAT For demanding and modern visualization concepts, the ETT widescreen HMIs with multi-touch display are a good choice. The ETT panels with projective capacitive touch technology enable intuitive and efficient gesture and multiple finger operation. The widescreen format also provides great clarity and freedom when configuring operating elements and contents. Various information can be easily structured on the displays and shown in high resolution. The slim HMIs are available in five display sizes and also have a continuous, easy to clean glass front in IP65 protection. Highest Flexibility The modular construction allows problemfree adaptation to your individual wishes. The ETT panels can be optionally equipped with a connectible CPU or an HMI-Link unit. The CPU units with EDGE2 Technology dual-core processors have, depending on the model, 1 to 2 GB of internal program and data memory (DDR3 RAM) and 512 MB to 16 GB microsd memory. 2x Ethernet, 1x USB 2.0, 1x USB-OTG are standard integrated features. With the HMI-Link unit, the operating panel can be located up to 100 m away from the control cabinet PC. OPC UA Like all SIGMATEK operating panels with a processor, the widescreen ETTs and the HGW 1033 (page 4) support OPC UA communication. The OPC UA server, as well as the client function can be used to connect to higher level systems or exchange data with controls from third-party manufacturers. 4 MOBILE HMI: HGW 1033 WIRELESS, MULTI-TOUCH & SAFETY FUNCTIONS SIGMATEK has "redefined" the human-machine interface. Maximum operating freedom, intuitive functionality and efficiency what more can the machine operator wish for? Meter long cables in the production hall are yesterday. With the wireless HMI, the machine operator can flexibly select the inspection points and operate multiple machines, robots or system units with only one panel. For unique machine identification, a 7-segment display is integrated. To ensure that the wireless operating panel is connected with the right machine, machine unit or robot, the corresponding participant number appears in the display. Planned availability HGW 1033: Q2/2018 The HGW 1033 is equipped with a inch multi-touch display. A dual-core EDGE2 Technology processor provides the necessary visualization power, as well as the integrated battery pack, which guarantees 2 hours of continuous use without having to recharge the mobile panel. Wireless Safety The mobile operating panel supports OPC UA communication and has a standard USB interface. Safety functions are already integrated as well: Confirmation button, key switch and active-illuminated emergency stop. The Safety-relevant data are sent to the S-DIAS Safety controller via the standard WLAN network according to the Black Channel Principle. Fully equipped with battery pack and Safety elements, the HMI weighs only 1,500 g. In combination with the ergonomic grip design, low-fatigue operation is achieved. The active-illuminated emergency stop indicates that the Safety function is available and the Safety system is connected correctly. In addition, magnetic feet are mounted on the grip unit. The HGW 1033 can be easily placed on a machine component without a mount a practical feature. SAFETY: MODULAR & CONFI The Safety-relevant signals from the HGW 1033 (emergency stop/confirmation button/key switch) are evaluated in the S-DIAS Safety CPU. The Information is stored there as with a hard-wired operating device, but is actually sent via WLAN using the Black Channel Principle. The slim, freely configurable S-DIAS Safety system can be used wirelessly as well as with a cable connection integrated into the S-DIAS control system or stand-alone. It consists of a 12.5 mm wide SCP 111 Safety controller, which monitors and controls the 4 INNOVATIONS 2018

5 READY-TO-USE COMFORTABLE ENGINEERING: LASAL ADD-ONS ADD-ONS The SIGMATEK automation solution is programmed or configured via object orientation in the graphic engineering environment LASAL. Object Orientation stands for modularity, clarity and flexibility through the simple reusability of the software objects. These are factors, especially in modern, complex applications, that are of great benefit and make mechatronic engineering possible. It is also important for us to minimize the programming for you. For versatile machine functions, ready-to-use templates are available. Using the LASAL Add-Ons, you can achieve time savings up to 70 percent when creating your application software. The Add-Ons are constructed like wizards. You can for example create the control for a Delta robot with only a few menu-guided mouse clicks, including the corresponding visualization in various resolutions. Further examples are templates for CNC, Pick & Place, axis control, OPC UA, VNC, temperature control, PID controller, user management, diagnostics, data analyzer and recipe management. The Add-Ons can be used in single and multi- CPU solutions and easily integrated into already existing LASAL projects. The base station BWH 001 has a redundant radio connection to the HGW The connection to the voltage supply and standard Ethernet network is made using an M12 connector plug. GURABLE Safety function, as well as Safe I/O modules that are precisely tuned to the application.
