4 TERMS AND CONDITIONS HOW TO SEND DIGITAL ARTWORK Please supply art as black and white or CMYK colour profile. Vector art is always preferred. Resolution of art images should be 300 dpi at 100% print size. Fonts must be supplied or converted to curves. If colour matching is critical, please provide us with specific CMYK colours. Additional colour matching charges may apply. Colour matching cannot be guaranteed. Sterling is not responsible for corrupt or damaged files. Hourly charges apply to any adjustments needed to your artwork once received. VECTOR ART Ideal for line art because it allows for easy alteration of colours as well as scaling without loss of quality. Common programs for creating and editing vector files include Corel Draw and Adobe Illustrator. FILES ACCEPTED PDF/X-3 or higher, AI, EPS, TIFF (without layers are preferred), CDR, PSD, BMP, JPG PROGRAMS Corel Draw, Photopaint, Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and QuarkXpress SUPPLIED VIA - files under 10MB to orders@sterling.ca Online - large files up to 2GB, please use or Flash Drive, DVD, CD SIGNATURES Supply as a black and white, scanned image high resolution on plain white unlined paper. Our liability, in any event, is limited to your net purchase of such goods or, at our option, to the replacement of such goods upon their return to us - transportation charges prepaid. LIFETIME GUARANTEE Our custom ProStamp, PS Upright Stamp, Xstamper stamp, and Mark Maker Embosser, are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for as long as you own them, under normal usage, proper care, and proper re-inking. The stamps must be re-inked with our re-inking ink of the same colour and stamp type. Should something occur, we will repair or replace the defective stamp or embosser with the same size, style, impression, and colour of the original defective model. The product must be returned where purchased. RETURNS AND ALLOWANCES Merchandise shipped in error or found to be defective may be returned for full credit. No merchandise will be accepted for return later than 15 days after shipment without prior authorization. Merchandise other than made-to-order products, returned for any reason other than error, may be accepted (upon approval) for credit less a 20% restocking charge. CANCELLATIONS Orders cancelled during production will be charged for the work completed at the time of cancellation including proofs. 4
