This system allows online interaction between the developer of the application software and the testers through the regulation of system administrator. The testers need to fill up the form to register into the system. The administrator approved the application and provide the task to tester for testing projects. The project is provided by the developer of software application through the project registration process. The tester will execute the test case and the overall report of the project will shown to the developer and administrator in a form of graph. Keywords : Test case, create, execute, report, register, developer, tester, administrator, graph INTRODUCTION Al AiN It Consultants Sdn Bhd is a company that operates for software testing independently. The product planned by the company is making the system that the testers who are not the member of company can test the software project provided by developer through the company. The company produce Al AiN Test Cloud to fullfill the requirements of their planned project. a. Responsibility in the Project My task for the system is to manage the user interface of the system. I have to create the design of system based from the system that have been build by the company developer. All the entity in the system such as table, graph, navigation bar, button need to improvise with discussion with company director. I need to buid my own CSS file to create the user interface based from the discussion. The software I used are Sublime (Windows), Terminal (Linux), Mozilla Firefox and XAMPP. Every task assigned by me to make the user interface of system run smoothly. b. Duration of Project Every task related to the system have been completely developed in 20 weeks of industrial training. Entire task given is done and each completed task are presented to the supervisor every week.

2 PROJECT DETAILS ATC system contains three modules, these are Administrator, Developer and Tester. Administrator modules includes the administrator login process, the graph report for the progress of the software project tested, create and edit the test case, the pending approval list, user list, create new administrator, list of bug, testing tools and update the administrator password. The pending approval contains the tester, developer, project and project assigned by tester that needed approved by administrator. For Developer module, it contains the developer login process, the developer registration form, the graph report for the progress of the software project tested, view the test case, create the project, list of bugs, testing tools, updating developer profile and change the password. The Tester module includes the administrator login process, the developer registration form, the graph report for the progress of the software project tested, execute the test case, list of available jobs, list of bugs, testing tools, updating tester profile and change the password. Three modules contain Smartphone Test Farm (STF) navigation bar for testers, developers and administrators to access the software testing using virtual smartphone. a. Problem Encountered The problem occurred when the system is built with two developer, that are the front-end developer and back-end developer. The front-end developer built the user interface after the back-end developer competely built the system. When the back-end developer need to fix the bug, the developer used the old version of source code cause the user interface shows the previous version from the latest. This cause the front-end developer to redo all the user interfaces back from the latest version. PROPOSED SOLUTION a. Strategies The company held the meeting for the problem occurred when develop the system. The suggestion to solve the problem is make a repository for every source code that have been updated by both developers and can be used after both developers updated the system. The company use Github, an online repository store to commit the source code. b. Results The strategies of company suggested is successfully integrated in process of developing the system. The back-end developer commit the source code into Github after build the system or fix the bug. Then, the frontend developer use the source code from Github to fix the user interfaces of the system and commit the new source code into Github. This way can prevent the redundace of the source code and the safety of the source code is guaranteed.

3 LESSON LEARNED a. New Skills Acquired Many examples of templates can be found in the internet in forms of advertising, blogs, sports, transports and others based from the suitability of website that planned. But, the templates give the source code that too complex to understand by the developer. I learned the new skills by building my own system templates without using any of templates. I build the user interface by research every entity involved in system from the internet. W3Schools.com and stackoverflow.com are the websites I refer to build the system. b. Experience Gained Experience is about the different things that I have been through. Even I have build the system before but, the system I build is to used by the company officially. Other than that, I have learn to interacts with the staffs of company and the company environment. c. Benefits to Company Based from the task that I received, the company will get the benefits by achieving the target on produce their first product. Then, the company will receive the profit from the system that has been build. d. Conclusion Industrial training is the bridge for students when they start to build the career after graduate. It also the mandatory regulations for students to gratuate from university. The students will gain confident and the responsibility when they started theiy career. It gives an opportunity to students to know the theorical knowledge from class for practical application of required to perform the task. Industrial training also give students the experience on handling the task and cooperate with the staff at work. It also teach students on improving the problem solving skills at work. It also beneficial for the company to hire the students that talented in specific role when students finished their industrial training at their company. Acknowledgements also give to Mr Hairul Mirwaaj and Ms Nurul Atifah for sharing the knowledge and help me in the company.
