2 RFP Ref. :-HO/DIT/MDM/ /71 dated ) Introduction Bank had floated the RFP Ref. HO/DIT/MDM/ /71 dated towards Empanelment of Vendor on Rate Contract Basis towards Supply & Implementation of Mobile Device Management (MDM) Solution for a period of One (01) year. As per the terms of the RFP, the pre bid meeting was held on , 11:00 Hrs IST. In response to the queries raised by the prospective bidders, Addendum dated containing clarifications to the queries & amendments to the RFP document is issued herewith. I. Amendments to the existing clause of the RFP is as under : Sl. Section &Clause Ref../ Annexure. Amended clause 1 Page. 30, Serial. 7 of the Table of Annexure-2 Specification authenticate against Active directory/ LDAP, One time passcodes (OTP) based Authentication. Stands Amended as The Solution should authenticate against Active directory/ LDAP, based Authentication only. II. Deletions Sl. Section &Clause Ref../ Annexure. Amendment 1 Page. 32 Serial. 34 of the Table of Annexure-2 of Specification Place prohibited applications installed on the device in quarantine. Clarifications to the queries : /Page 1 Pg 30,.1 of table under 2 Pg 30,.3 of table under 3 Pg 30,.9 of table under 4 Pg 31,.12 of table have comprehensive predefined security configuration assessment checks (settings) for different supported platforms as per industry standards such as ISO27001, PCI- DSS, OWASP etc. provide web- based admin console to render visibility into all enrolled corporateowned, employeeowned and shared devices, regardless of platform or device type. Product should have the provision for necessary customization. The solution should create and distribute customized acceptable usage policy. The solution should provide individual or bulk device enrolments. PCI DSS and OWASP compliance is for financial / Web Applications that Bank will be delivering to the TAB. Enterprise Mobility management can t come under the purview of such certification. Kindly consider removing this criteria and in its place you can add the product quoted should be in Gartner s Leader Quadrant Need clear details on "necessary customization". Else it will be very difficult to comment. Need clarification on this point. Custom EULA should be find. Bulk user addition is possible. Individual enrollment is only possible. EMM can t resist jail braking/ Rooting. ios supports tracking enterprise apps via VPP integration. Kindly Elaborate. What is EDM suite? Features supported will depend on the APIs exposed by OEMs to EMM vendors. Enrollment process requires human intervention as a one time effort and post that entire process flow is Detect Jailbreaking and rooting of devices. If the OS platform supports, MDM Solution should provide it Only authorised apps should be accessible through MDM. Remove managed Apps and data automatically when a device is un-enrolled from the MDM suite. Proposed MDM should support or should be made available for all mobile/tablets, with relative APIs exposed, without any additional cost. Accepted. Page 4 of 6

Monitor device location for providing contextual authentication. Need clarification on "workflow based authorization process." Due to Indian terrain condition, we recommend not to use Geo fencing policy. Recommend this point to be removed. In the commercial you have asked for the cost of AMT for the items from the Year 1 to Year 3 and below the commercial you have mentioned OTC will include One (01) year Warranty/Support, is the AMT required after 1 Year of the supplied software, please clarify. 14 NA NA Can you please elaborate that whether the Bank requires cloud model of deployment or ON Premises deployment? 15 Pg 31,.17 of table Remotely locate (GPS tracking etc), lock, perform detection and blocking of SIM change and wipe for lost or stolen devices or personal policies that span across devices Blocking SIM card is out of EMM provider purview. SIM change detection is Part of Advanced edition. It is predefined authorization process like password etc. Monitor & Report device location. AMC /ATS /Subscription Cost is to proposed for a period of 3 years after warranty period of 1 year. It will On-premise deployment. Further to the above the bid schedule is extended as under : Application quarantine is not applicable for mobile devices. Push "app quarantine" types of application if any, via AirWatch. Kindly consider removing this point. Prohibited applications need to be put is restricted mode. Amendment incorporated through this addendum will override the concerned RFP clause/terms & condition issued earlier. All other terms and conditions of the RFP document remain unchanged.
