Hence, whether we can offer the TEC certificate for Interface for PRI for private Use. OEM/ authorised Partner Request you to modify as "authorised Partner of Manufacturer and having experience on IP PBX for last 5 years" Min 5 PO copies There is a similar One in sub clause(x) about the PO copies. Bank to clarify whether the vendor needs to fulfil either clause no V or clause no X Attendant console feature Serial call Facility As the Bank is asking for the server based distributed architecture, request you to remove the Stored Program Control (SPC) with the help of Pulse Code Modulation (PCM) and Time Division Multiplexing (TDM) and amend as IP as Core switching technology DECT Mobile communication As per the Latest GOI directive on Wireless products, both importer as well as the user should have WPC clearance to use DECT products. Does the Bank intends to use this technology immediately. In case, Bank intends to use this, then WPC clearance is responsibility of the Bank. Alternatively whether we can offer the solution based on WiFi technology. Stored Program Control/PCM / TDM Request you to remove this feature as this proprietary to Item [29 i & ii] page 09 of 62 No Change. This is ideal hence if there is any delay at site due to depencies from the bank what so ever may be reason, then installation will be delayed and vendors payment will be stuck due to this. IP LAN switches System supports remort shelves on IP LAN. Since CorpBank is not connecting any other branch offices now, buying this switch cannot be used. Hence Pls remove this from the scope. Video Communication Quoted system will support Video Communication but to enable that we need to add BRI module to tap the Video Communication going out of PRI or BRI. We suggest not to add this item in costing as this is not useful/play a role in Video communication. Pls suggest to add or not in the costing? IP Phone SpecificationsIn the F-Part, you have mentioned as Digital phone. We recommend to go with IP Phones as this is the latest technology and usable wise has advantage than Digital Phone. Also pls note that the model no mentioned in the F-part pg no 3 is high-end model (openstage60t) which cannot be compared with the mentioned Tadiran model no. Hence request you to share specifications and vendors to quote for the specifications. Battery bank with 4 hrs backup Pls confirm whether you require 4 hrs back up or 8 hours backup? 3) Reply to queries of M/S Enkay Technologies (India) Pvt Ltd As per page 03, F-part, Sl.no.4:- Battery Bank is for 4 hrs backup. The tender asks for the system to be expandable to ports on the same server.
