2 TABLE OF CONTENTS THIS GUIDE HELPS TO QUICKLY UNDERSTAND THE SETUP AND OPERATION OF T.FLEX APPLICATION DOWNLOADING & INSTALLATION START & SETTINGS COMMUNICATION Prior to INSTALLATION and SETUP of TASSTA T.FLEX, please have the system login and setting information from your system administrator. This includes: Network ID, Port ID, User Name, Password, GPS Enabled, Alias Enabled. This guide will walk you through each step. 2

3 1 DOWNLOADING & INSTALLATION 1.1 DOWNLOAD SCAN QR CODE TO ACCESS DOWNLOAD LINK 1 OR GO TO TASSTA.COM 1 Open security settings 2 Allow Unknown Sources Go to the Settings -> Security ->Unknown Sources. Allow installation of apps from unknown sources Start installation process: start downloaded.apk select INSTALL option follow the instructions. 1. Download the latest T.Flex app public release from the official TASSTA webpage. 2. Update from T.Flex application. Update must be available on your server. You must run application. Then in top there will be notification with UPDATE button. Press it and follow instructions.

4 2 START & SETTINGS 2.1 START YOUR T.FLEX APP 2.2 ENTER YOUR PERSONAL SETTINGS Connection Options & features 2. Minimum T.Flex connection settings: User Name Password Server Port These settings shall be configured in T.Commander. Please be sure that you have right configuration parameters before you try login by the application. 2.4 The T.Flex optional settings / features. These features are optional and can be set on demand according to user requirements Exit the Settings Menu, all the data will be saved automatically. LOGIN T.FLEX 4 QR LOGIN You can also login by scaning QR code. Just press the CONNECT button for a few seconds.

5 .1 RECENT EMERGENCY JOURNAL IN-HOUSE LOCALIZATION E2EE NETWORK USAGE Interface name Description 1 Groups Group list (configured in T.Commander). Groups selection in GROUPS interface can be done by one click. Group Call in selected group can be initiated from any active interface by Push-To-Talk button. 2 Users User list (configured in T.Commander). USERS Interface provides users connection status, their group membership, and activity. History List of audio records. The interface provides the ability to play back voice messages in the nearest past. The time interval is defined in T.Commander. 4 Recent Real-time exchange of free form text messages between individual users or groups. 5 Map GPS location and tracking on the map. User location on the map in real time. All available users are marked with their user name and pin icon. 6 Emergency Contains different emergency features: Emergency Call, Yellow Alarm, Lone Worker and Lone Worker Issues. 7 Emergency Journal 8 In-House Localization 9 Task Manager 10 E2E Encryption List of all the emergency messages. Determine your and other users indoor location. List of assigned tasks and their status. Issue processing in real time by QR-code, Barcode, NFC or manually. E2E is an additional security mechanism called end-to-end encryption. 6 .2. BROWSE MENU OPTIONS USING NAVIGATION DRAWER Press menu icon to open navigation menu. Swipe the finger up / down for navigation. COMMUNICATE BY USING THE PPT BUTTON Push the PTT button to communicate. Group Call List of users Group Name Users online.5 PTT Button 6 GROUP VOICE CALL To make a GROUP CALL, select the relevant group and press the PTT button (Push - Hold- Speak - Release). INDIVIDUAL VOICE CALL To make an INDIVIDUAL CALL, select the relevant user (1) and press the call button (2). Use PTT button to communicate (Push - Hold- Speak - Release) when call is accepted by calling party.

7 .6 1. Compose and transmit an encryption key from the first device. 2. The second device records it as a decryption key and press SAVE.. Next, the second device creates its own encryption key, 4. Sends it to the first device. 5. It receives a decryption key and press SAVE. 6. Click the lock icon on the PTT button on both devices (lock icon will be dark). 7. Secure channel is established. END TO END ENCRYPTION On the top of in-built TLS, the T.FLEX clients offer additional security mechanism called end-to-end encryption (E2EE). In principle, it prevents potential eavesdroppers from being able to access the encrypted conversation even they are illegally intercepting the communication channel. Tap on conversation you want to listen 2. Load conversation. Press Play icon to listen to the conversation. MESSAGING Press the relevant group or user with a long touch (1) and than touch (2) the MESSAGING icon. You can use predefined status messages instead of entering a whole message text.

By tapping on the camera icon you may take a direct picture and sent it immediately. RECENT An instant access to recent history of the individual and group calls..10 Geo-zones Show Location Current User Location.11 Task Manager PTT Button PTT Button * Please refer to the T.Flex Manual for detailed description of EMC feature 8 MAP / GPS TRACKING Use this feature to track your location or a location of the other users on the map. Ensure you have a Smartphone with enabled GPS Location. TASK MANAGER / EMC* Provides users with Issue Management capabilities like any modern CRM system. Tap the TASK MANAGER option to access the list of issues, reporting and management information.

Tap on SELECT FILE to load project file. Tap on CENTER ON MAP to center position. Check IN-HOUSE LOCALIZATION QUICK START for more information. EMERGENCY Create an Emergency Call, open Yellow Alarm and Lone Worker settings Lone Worker dialog window 9 LONE WORKER LONE WORKER is an emergency beacon for personnel working in a remote/dangerous location. Tap the appropriate button on the popup dialog window to answer the Lone Worker control request. YELLOW ALARM Allows the user to independently run a periodic check. (time for checking sets in T.Rodon)

10 Emergency Call Finish Emergency Call EMERGENCY CALL Tap the EMERGENCY CALL icon to send an emergency alert with GPS coordinates to the group. Tap the EMERGENCY CALL screen to finish the call. EMERGENCY JOURNAL A list of all the emergency messages. Emergency Journal can be opened from menu NFC Tap the NFC option in menu to scan NFC tag or go back to close this option. QR CODE SCAN Tap the QR SCAN option in menu to scan appropriate qr code by using the camera of your mobile device. 10

11 SETTINGS Tap the SETTINGS option in drawer menu to open menu of the settings and change some options there. ABOUT Tap ABOUT in menu to get the short information about T.FLEX application version..22 Logout LOGOUT Tap LOGOUT in menu to make T.FLEX client disconnect from TASSTA server. 11

12 4 COMMUNICATION 4.1 A B C Choose relevant group to make GROUP CALL. Press and hold PTT button. Release PTT button to end your call Red PTT - rejected PTT on busy channel. Call initiated by other group member. Side hardware PTT button. Available on smartphone designed for special applications. 12
