1 Outlook Web Application (OWA) on SamsungTablets Installing and Using the OWA Application January, 2017

2 Installing OWA Note: Your warehouse tablet must have the latest software updates prior to installing the Outlook Web Application. Step 1: Tap on the checkered icon labeled Apps and find the Play Store.

3 Step 2: Once within the Play Store, tap the search symbol the search box. to search for OWA for Android in Step 3: Tap on Outlook Web App (Pre-Release).

4 Step 4: Follow the prompts to install and open this application. (Tap on Install>Accept>Open)

5 Step 5: Tap Continue to proceed to the sign-in page. Step 6: Enter the address and password for your designated warehouse. Warehouse 96 is used in the example below. Tap on Sign in. Note: Your warehouse address should follow the same format as this example. After you ve tapped Sign in, wait for the application to load. This can take seconds Step 7: Tap Continue on the Device admin pop-up.

6 Step 8: Tap Activate on the Activate device administrator? pop-up. Step 9: Tap Continue on the Device password pop-up. NOTE: After completing Step 9, some tablets will show the Outlook home screen. The install process is completed for these tablets. Only complete steps if your tablet shows the Screen unlock settings after completing step 9. Step 10: Tap PIN.

7 Step 11: Enter in the 4 digit PIN assigned to the tablet originally. The PIN must be 4 digits. Then Tap Continue Example: the PIN for Warehouse 1086 = 1086 Warehouse 63 = 0063 Warehouse 186 = 0186 Step 12: Enter in the same PIN again, then press OK. CONGRATULATIONS! You have successfully installed the Outlook Web App to your warehouse tablet!

Deleting Photos from Tablet Step 1: Occasionally, you will want to delete the photos from your tablet to free up memory. To delete photos from your gallery, navigate to the gallery app on your tablet. Step 2: Select the Camera as shown below to view the photos you have taken with your camera.

11 Step 3: Tap and hold your finger on one of the pictures you would like to delete. After 3-5 seconds, checkmark boxes will appear in the corner of each picture as shown below. Step 4: Continue to select all the pictures you wish to delete so that they have the check in the box located in the corner of each. Step 5: Click on the Trash symbol. Step 6: Click Ok to confirm the deletion. CONGRATULATIONS! You now have the knowledge needed to create an , attach photos, send the , and delete photos from your tablet!
