1 Mounting instructions Flush box of 1. Safety instructions Attention! Installation and mounting may only carried out by qualified electrician. Non-observance of the installation instructions may cause electrical shock, fire or other hazards. 2. Function The Flat panel PC is a control and visualisation unit for home and industrial automation. In combination with the pre-installed software Facility pilot, KNX/EIB installations can be displayed and controlled via the 15" touchscreen. The KNX/EIB installation is connected to the via an optional USB data interface (JUNG ref.no.: 2130 USB REG) Stand: Okt

4 3. Assembling The will be hooked into the flush box ref.-no.: PCT 15 EBG. Preparation The flush box is pre-wired and connected into the wall. Fitting Hook the upper connection pins (10) right and left into the drillings for upper guide rail (12). Secure each connection pin with the safety ring (14 see next image). The safety ring (14) has to snap in! 4

5 View of guide rail 14 L ATTENTION Without safety ring the connection can release. Always use safety rings for all connection pins. The power supply and the required interfaces have to be connected. Pay attention to the arrangement of wiring! Adequate space for the has to be ensured. Hook the lower connection pins (11) right and left into the drillings for lower guide rail (13). Snap on the safety rings (14). 5

6 Raise the panel PC and let it gently slide into the flush box. For this action there is no great effort required. Removing the Panel PC The removing takes place in the reverse order of the installation. 6

7 4. Commissioning The is pre-configured. The writing access for drive C is locked. For client-specific settings (Passwords, user, etc) the locking must be deactivated. Activate the locking after finishing the settings. L ATTENTION! With activated writing access, a failure-free operation is NOT ensured. Before commissioning the visualisation, insure that the writing access on drive C is locked Writing access Activate the writing access Symbol is displayed in the task bar. Screen keyboard must be activated. Double click on the symbol for Window keyboard on the desktop Screen keyboard get started Press WINDOWS key Than press r -key The window run will be opened 7

Writing access is locked Facility-Pilot visualisation The Facility-Pilot is installed on drive D of the. If the project is generated on a different drive than drive D of the system integrator PC, it will cause problems when the visualisation is imported to the. E.g. the folder with the imported images can not be found. A folder images will be automatically created, when a new project will be started. Images which will be used in a project have to be saved in this folder. The visualisation automatically loads all images out of these folder. It will be assured, that all images of a project will be found. All images have to be saved in the image folder No subfolder will be provided in the image folder 9
