15 FAQ Can I order a sample before ordering? Yes, you can order a sample of the design you want with your logo and it will take 1 week to ship. The cost of this one off sample ranges from (this cost covers the print plate and is a one off charge). The print plate will be stored by us for a period of two years. How long will it take to get my order? Providing the item you are after is in stock, we would expect to be able to get it back to you within 2-3 weeks. What file format should my logo / artwork be sent in? AI, PDF or EPS (always vectorised logos). If in doubt, please us. How does the pricing work? All prices quoted are ex works from our UK warehouse. Prices do not include VAT (where applicable) or shipping. All orders must be paid via Pro-Forma. How do I place my order? sales@black-blum.com and please ensure you include the following information: - Product name - Product qty - Specify if sample required - Attach artwork - Specify artwork position on product - Specify address where order to be shipped to (include contact name and telephone number) - List deadline of when you need the items by What does 1 colour and 2 colours mean? This is the number of colours in your logo. The prices listed are based on up to 2 colours, but if your logo or message has more than two colours, please contact us for a quote. How is the logo / artwork applied? Logos are applied by tampo / pad printing or silk screen depending of the product and number of colours. Laser engraving options are also available for some of the metal products. Do I have to adhere to the size guides outlined for each product? All the printing areas are the maximum printing size, but your artwork / logo can be smaller than these size guides. Do the products include packaging? All prices include our standard black+blum branded packaging, but it is possible to have the products without packaging upon request.
