Scentsy Alerts allows Scentsy to send you push notification messages on your business promotions, subscriptions, and credit card notifications.

1 SCENTSY TRAINING CENTER Thank you for downloading the Scentsy Family Mobile App! This app was designed to help you easily and efficiently access resources on the go. This tutorial will walk you through the features of the app. First, you ll need to log in using our Consultant ID and password. Your password will be the same one you use when you log into your workstation. After you ve logged in, notice the cog icon above the purple Notifications bar; this is your settings. From here, you can manage what alerts and notifications you receive. Scentsy Alerts allows Scentsy to send you push notification messages on your business promotions, subscriptions, and credit card notifications.. Scentsy allows you to receive notifications when you ve received an from your PWS or other Consultants. Please note, this feature just allows you to read the messages; to respond, you ll need to log in to your workstation. Scentsy News allows Scentsy to send you push messages on news, such as policy changes, product backorders or other information from the home office. You ll have the options to adjust the settings for any brand you sell. For example, if you want to receive news updates on Grace Adele but not Velata, you can do so through the settings.

Notice the purple Notifications bar at the top of the screen. The number in the white box indicates the number of unread notifications you ve received based on the settings you opted in to.

You ll notice all three brands Scentsy Wickless, Velata, and Grace Adele have an icon, and we can also access Performance, Network, and Order History and Consultant Tools.

When you click on notifications, you can view all s, news, and alerts in one place. You ll notice all three brands Scentsy Wickless, Velata, and Grace Adele have an icon, and we can also access Performance, Network, and Order History and Consultant Tools. We ll walk through each one so you know how to use them. Let s start with the brand icons. All three brands have the same resources available: Buy/Host/Join, Catalog, and Social Media. Though we ll take a tour of each resource in the Scentsy Wickless icon, the resources are the same for each brand. The one exception is there is a Party Games resource available in the Scentsy Wickless icon.

You may experience long download times the first time you access the catalogs through the app. The Social Media resource allows you to link to each brand s Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and Pinterest pages.

5 The Party Games resource links to brand-specific games, activities, or resources you can use at a party. Again, this resource is exclusive to Scentsy Wickless at the time of the application s launch. Performance, Network, and Orders links to the Mobile Workstation. The Performance tab allows you to see your official title, PRV, TWV, GWV and the number of Consultants in your Active Frontline, Team, and Group. The gray arrows on the right indicate more information is available on that report. You can select which month to view your performance from the drop-down menu in the center of the screen. You can view performance reports from the past five months.

6 The Network link displays the contact information of the Consultants in your group and your customers. For the Consultants in your group, the Mobile site lists the official title, PRV, TWV, GWV, the number of people in their team and group, their contact information (address, , home, mobile, and work phones), their gender, and whether they re part of your group or team. Whether you re reviewing an entry for a Consultant in your downline or a customer, you can click on their and send a message or initiate a phone call directly from the mobile site!

The gray arrows to the right list the customer s name, the type of order, order total, status, date completed, and the tracking number.

Consultant Tools links to four of the resources available through your workstation: the, Pay Portal, Scentsy Select, Success Library, and the My Scentsy Forum. Pay Portal links to the Scentsy Family Pay Portal. This link allows you to access your funds online and make transactions directly from your mobile device.

The Success Library has videos, articles, and book reviews to help you develop leadership skills.

As you can see, the mobile app gives you easy access to a variety of functions to help you run your business while you re on the go!
