1 Step by Step Directions on how to use Kizoa What is Kizoa? Kizoa is a free slideshow maker and photo editing site. You are able to upload, organize, edit, create, show and share projects you have created by using personal photos. Slideshows have options such as adding music and effects. You can also burn a slide show to a DVD or insert it into a blog or website. DIRECTIONS: Step1 Navigation to Site Open up your browser (Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, Etc.) and type in into the address bar (in step 2 below is a screenshot of what you will see). Step 2 Sign Up You will need to sign up for a Kizoa account for free by clicking on Sign up for free! located on the lower right hand side of the website or click on the button that says Join Now It s Free. Step 3 Signing Up Continued You will get a picture that looks like this

2 You will then fill in your information to receive access for free. Once you have completed the form click Confirm Registration. Kizoa will now load. Step 4 Overview of Kizoa s Workspace You have four tabs located near the top of the page which help you create your Kizoa slideshow.

3 Step 5 Uploading Pictures Let s Start! First Click on the Upload Tab at the top of the page. Click the GREEN button with the + sign and says Select photos on your computer (located at the bottom of the window). When finished selecting photos, photos will then be uploaded into Kizoa and you can can view them under the My Photo tab. Step 6 Creating Slideshow Start by selecting the Slideshow Maker tab. This is a screenshot of what you will see. Under the Slideshow Maker tab you will have seven tabs, which will help you create your Kizoa slideshow. They are Photos, Transitions, Effects, Text, Animations, Music, and Settings. Select the photos you would like to use in your slideshow under your photos tab by clicking and dragging them to the filmstrip at the bottom of the page.

4 Step 7 Transitions Next select the transitions tab. There are a variety of transitions located at the left hand side of the page (make sure to choose transitions that do not have a P in the top left hand corner). Click on a transition you like and drag and drop it into the rectangle located between each picture. Step 8 Effects (optional) To add a special effect, select the Effect tab at the top of the page. Then drag and drop your desired effect onto the photo you wish it to appear on. You will then be prompted to preview your effect. If you like it, you will select create. If not, select the button No Effects (window will appear as shown to the left). Step 9 Text Select the text tab at the top of the window. Drag and Drop your desired text option onto a picture. Remember to choose text options without the P located in the top left corner. Type your text in the display window. Change to a desired font. Chose a text size, color and position.

5 Step 10 Animation (optional) Select the animation tab at the top of the window. Drag and Drop your prefered animation onto your desired picture. You will be able to position the animation by selecting the POSTION button. Once finished, click OK located at the bottom right hand corner of the window. Step 11 Music Select the music tab at the top of the window. Add a song by dragging and dropping the music cover icon onto a picture in your slideshow. A variety of song categories are located on the left hand side of your screen. Step 12 Settings Select the Settings tab to name your slideshow, choose image display time, transition speed, and slideshow background color.

6 Step 13 Preview Slideshow Click on the Play Slideshow on the right hand side of the window, which is located under every tab to preview as you work. Step 14 Save (Options: send by , add to blog, or burn to a DVD) Click the Save button on the right hand side of the screen. Step 15 Finished Product Congratulation you have a finished Kizoa Slideshow! Your slideshow will now appear under the My Slideshows tab.
