2 WELCOME This training guide is designed to help you navigate the Mozy Rewards portal, answer commonly asked questions and help you learn how to: Navigate the portal View your Account Submit a Claim Edit a Claim Search for Rewards Redeem Rewards If you have additional questions about Mozy Rewards, please contact your Account Manager. FAQ What is Mozy Rewards? Mozy Rewards is one of the many benefits of partnering with Mozy. In return for selling Mozy, we provide access to an extensive catalog of rewards where you can save your points for something big or redeem your points as soon as you receive them it s your choice. How does it work? 1. You sell Mozy resources to your customers. 2. Submit claims via the Mozy Rewards portal. 3. Approved claims are reflected as reward points on your Account. 4. You decide whether to save your points or use them right away. How do I sign up for the Rewards portal? Please contact your Account Manager to request login credentials. Once you have been added to the Rewards Portal, you will receive two (2) s one with your username and another with your temporary password. Please add mozy@my-rewards.com to your Safe List so s notifications are not sent to your Junk or Trash folder. How are the claims processed? On a weekly basis, claims that have been submitted for that week are reviewed and either approved or denied. For all approved claims, reward points are added to your Account the following week, typically on Monday. What is the link to the portal? - make sure to bookmark this link. 3 INTRODUCTION TO THE PORTAL Homepage The homepage of the Rewards portal will provide a quick overview of your available credits and links to other portions of the portal to find out more about current promotions, Terms & Conditions, submit claims and much more. 4 Initial login When you first login, you will be required to review the information associated with your account and change your password. By changing any of the information or submitting the form, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of using the portal. If you d like to review the Terms and Conditions, you may do so by selecting the Terms and Conditions sub-tab, located within the green navigation bar. 5 Main navigation The main navigation allows you to quickly navigate to specific sections of the portal. Details for each tab is explained further in the training guide. View available reward options Search the catalogue Details about Mozy Rewards Submit claims Displays how points are allocated, based on claims submitted Answers to common questions Link to Mozy Reseller Portal Complete details about your account including transactions, credits, etc Standing of other users in the portal. Secondary navigation The secondary navigation, located on the right hand side of the portal provides quick links to specific sections of the portal. Details for each tab is explained further in the training guide. Provides W-9 tax form details, including instructions for submission. This is required to be completed once per year. 6 NAVIGATING THE PORTAL The following section provides details on tabs in the primary and secondary navigation. The information in this section will allow you to: Submit and/or edit a claim View the status of a submitted claim View and search our extensive rewards catalogue Views details on your account Steps to redeem your points Submit your W-9 tax form View Rewards tab To view rewards available for redemption using your available credits, you may browse the extensive rewards catalogue using specific categories or featured items. 7 View Rewards tab: Product or service details The View Details expands to provide details about the item. For example, viewing the details of this TV, provides dimensions, image quality, etc. Although you may view details on any item in the catalogue, the option to order an item is available only if you have the required points for that item. Points required to redeem item View Rewards tab: Redeeming credits Insufficient points to order item Detailed description of item Select the Order Now link, enter the quantity and select the green Order Now button. Enter quantity Complete your order by selecting button Additional details, if applicable MOZY REWARDS TRAINING GUIDE EDITION AUGUST
8 To confirm your order, click the green Confirm your Order button. After completing the required fields. You may choose to provide additional details about your order. The number of points debited from your account will be displayed as well. Number of points that will be debited from your account. Delivery and contact information Additional information about your order To confirm and submit your order, you MUST click this button View Rewards tab: Insufficient credits If you do not have the required number of points to order an item, you will be presented with the following error message when attempting to order the item. 9 Search Rewards tab To search our robust catalogue of rewards based on keywords, categories and point range. Search by key word. Search by # of points Search by categories About the Program tab For information about the Mozy Rewards program and quick links to submit claims forms, points balance, etc. MOZY REWARDS TRAINING GUIDE EDITION AUGUST
10 Make a Mozy Sales Claim tab You will be able to submit claims, submit the W-9 form or edit an existing claim, from this tab. Note: You are REQUIRED to complete and submit a W-9 form per tax year. Access the online W-9 tax-form to submit your W-9 form To add a new claim Points for that claim Date the claim was logged Quantity of resources Date the sale was made Status of claim Make a Mozy Sales Claim tab: Submit a Claim To submit a claim, click the orange Add button, and complete the details about the claim including date of sale, product, quantity, etc. Once you have completed the form, click the green OK button to submit your claim for review. 11 Make a Mozy Sales Claim tab: Editing a Claim Edits may only be made to claims that are in a Pending status. Once a claim has been Approved or Denied, you cannot edit the claim. In order to edit a claim, select the green Edit link. Edit claim Status has to be pending to edit claim The claims form will display the information that was populated when the claim was initially submitted. To re-submit the claim, make the necessary changes and select the green OK button. This will resubmit your claim with the updated information. MOZY REWARDS TRAINING GUIDE EDITION AUGUST
12 Qualifying Products & Points tab To help explain how points are allocated, this table provides a breakdown of units sold and qualifying points. My Account tab Details about your account, including a historical transaction list for credited or debited line items and your current points balance is listed under this tab.
