3 Installation and Download Instructions Open itunes App Store or Google Play Store from your device. Tap on Search and then enter Women s International Pharmacy into the search bar. Select the application you want and then tap to start your download. 2 P a g e

4 Home Screen PocketRx helps you easily manage your prescription refill requests, pill reminders, and pharmacy information while on the move directly and securely. 3 P a g e

5 Quick Refill Quick refill allows you to submit prescription refill requests without creating a user profile account. Enter the required information and hit Submit. 4 P a g e

6 User Profile Account Create Account The User Profile allows you to create an account to securely store their contact information for future use. Enter the required information and select a username and pin. *Note: If the wrong pin is entered 4 times the profile and prescription history will be deleted and lost, a new profile will need to be created. 5 P a g e

7 Scan and Refill After you have created a user profile account, select the Scan and Refill option from the home screen. Simply scan the barcode on the prescription bottle to submit your refill request. Center the barcode in your camera view and the scanner will auto-focus and scan the Rx number directly from your barcode. Then select and validate your user account, select your delivery method, enter any notes or comments for your pharmacist and then select Submit. *Note: You will be prompted to provide permission to use your phone camera for the scan option. 6 P a g e

8 Enter Multiple Prescriptions Easily enter multiple prescriptions to submit at the same time by tapping on the blue plus sign to add additional prescriptions to submit. If you have created a user profile, a list of your previously used Rx Numbers will be available to select from. You can also tap on the Scan button to scan the barcode on your bottle rather than manually typing the Rx number. 7 P a g e

9 Delivery and Comments The Delivery Option allow you to choose from the available options offered by the pharmacy to receive your medications. The Comments area allows you to send notes, comments, or questions directly to the pharmacy from within the application. 8 P a g e

10 Prescription Refill Response Upon submitting your refill request, you will receive a status confirmation to the address they entered during the refill request for each prescription requested. Locations The Locations area allows you to quickly reference all of the contact information for the pharmacy. The store name, address, and store hours are displayed for your convenience. You can also click on the map icon to get GPS directions to our locations. Need to call us? Just tap on the phone number and the application will automatically call the store. 9 P a g e

11 Reminders Reminders allows you to create alarms to help remember to take your medications. Create a name for your reminder and then schedule when you would like to receive a notification to take your medication. You can add additional doses for a single reminder in case you need to take a specific medication multiple times throughout the day. You can also enable/disable each reminder if you need to take a break from receiving a specific reminder. The reminders home screen will display a list of all of your reminders, the frequency, and a quick view of when your next dose is due. 10 P a g e

12 Settings The Settings area gives you access to edit your profile settings along with other general application information and settings. The Feedback option allows you to submit any feedback, issues, or questions about the application directly to our technical team.
