2 Experience Lead Product Designer UX/UI MLC Life Insurance April 2018 Present Working closely with our talented team of BAs, platform architects, product owners and developers, we re creating a seamless and personalised online experience for new and existing customers. As part of the Sanagi Project MLC is currently undergoing a large scale digital upgrade where our team is responsible for reshaping the way customers interact with their life insurance. I am currently responsible for prototyping, presenting, assisting UI design and testing a simple and smart online portal which will be built by Sapient Razorfish in React. Lead Product Designer UX/UI Draftstars April 2017 April 2018 Leading the Product Design team for the largest Daily Fantasy Sports platform in Australia, my role was to work with the front end dev team to build a sustainable design platform that is reinforced by a robust design system. By designing a responsive solution for the existing Draftstars web app, and crafting a smart, simple and intuitive mobile app, our team reshaped the user experience using a strong underlying design system and a clear user centered design practice. In addition to the development of the new customer portal, I am working closely with the leadership team on a millennial focused strategy, introducing our products to a new generation of customers. 2

Lead Product Designer UX/UI NAB January 2015 April 2017 Partners: VISA Deloitte Qantas Virgin Airlines Working within the design team at National Australia Bank and engaging with stakeholders, I was responsible for both leading and working across projects including the reimagined NAB Internet Banking App, VISA Innovation, More Than Money global campaign, NAB Mini Legends campaign, Business and Personal banking. Building strong knowledge of the technology architecture, team dynamics and the corporate landscape, I was able to showcase my skills and train various business units on how to utilise design thinking to revolutionise the business. UI/UX Design Igloo Digital August 2013 December 2014 Clients: VEVO Adult Swim Authentic Entertainment Working directly with the Australian arm of Turner Broadcasting and A Time Warner Company, my role was to assist with the rollout of the digital presence for both Vevo & Adult Swim here in Australia. This included Visual and UX Design across each of the brands digital channels including web, mobile and video. 3
