The features are easy-to-use and similar to creating a table in MS Word. Add colmns and rows, add formula, tag fields for the data to auto populate, add logo and headings and the template is ready to use! 1 of 33

2 Dashboard 1. Click on Custom Designer Under Administration. Custom Designer 1. Under Custom Designer User will find List of Configured Templates. 2 of 33

3 2. Please select(check the check box) a module to view its templates. Create Template 1. Select(check the check box) a module (Say Invoice) to view its templates. 2. User will see List of templates. 3 of 33

4 3. Make sure your is Active mode is selected to yes then only you can see the templates. 4. Click on Create Template. 4 of 33

5 5. Fill the required details and Click on Create. 6. Click OK to proceed. New Template( say Sale Invoice ) will appear in List (Template Name) as shown. 5 of 33

14 Preview of Table 1. User will see Preview of Table Click Create to confirm or Click Previous to edit configuration. Inserting Elements in Cell of Table Label: 1. To Insert field click on Table Cell and select type of field that user want to Insert. 14 of 33

15 2. Configure your setting from Cell Property Panel. Select Field: 1. Select column and click on Insert Text to insert text or click on Select Field to insert Placeholders. 15 of 33

16 2. User can also use Select Fields and Insert Text to use without Global Table Accordingly change the configuration from the right hand side in Cell Property Panel. Fields Containing # (Say #Currency#) are place holders which fetches the value from the system. 16 of 33

20 4. Check the checkbox for field that user wants to hide and Click on Border Property to select border. Border Property 20 of 33

21 1. Configure your settings, click on Update and then click OK. Summary Table 1. Click on Summary Table to set Summary Section ( Total Amount/Sub Total). 21 of 33

24 2. User can edit the line item and remove the summary table. Set Decimal Point. Decimal Points are restricted to fields containing Numeric values only. Global Level: 1. Click on Global Field (say Amount Without Term ). 2. User will be able to set Decimals(say 2 or 4) under Value settings. 24 of 33

25 3. Once Changes are made Click on Save. Line Level: User can set Decimal Points while 'Configure Product Item. Refer Image below 4th point under Inserting Line Item and Summary Table. Else User can use below mentioned Steps: When User will click on Line Item then Inline Table Property panel will be open. Click on Edit Line Item to open Configure Product Item window. 3. User can set Decimal Points (Say 2 or 4) for respective Fields. 25 of 33

27 Removing the Object 1. To remove Line Item, right click on table and select Remove. 2. Click on page on the left hand side of tree. 27 of 33

28 3. Click on Save Button and save the Template Make sure the template 'Active Mode' is 'Yes' to view the template. Refresh the Dashboard. Formula Builder This Document Designer feature helps you to add formula when any numeric field is calculated using any default or custom numeric field. Benefits of Formula Builder: No code changes required for any new fields. Created fields will stay in the respective template. 3. Fields created using formula builder is not rendered in fields list (Select field Dropdown, Data Element Dropdown, Line/Global table fields Dropdown). Creating and Adding Formula in Global Level Follow the steps listed below to create formula. Click on any Module Name under ' List of Configured Templates'. 28 of 33

29 Click on any custom template. A new tab opens and click on Insert Section option on the top left corner. On the left panel, click the respective Column where you need to add a formula. Upon clicking the Column on the left side, system enables the 'Select Fields' option on the top left corner. Click Select Fields. Select Field window opens up. Select Field Type as Create Formula. Upon clicking the 'Create Formula' button, the system displays the 'Formula Builder' window. Enter a name to the formula under 'Measure Name' field. Double click on the relevant field under the Fields section and select the operator from the section 'Operators & Functions. The selections will be created as a formula and will reflect on the Formula field. 29 of 33

30 Any additions of fields by clicking them under the Fields section, will be displayed as addition to the formula automatically in the Formula field. Click on Save. Clicking the Save button will get you back on the previous page and will show that applied formula as shown in the appended screen. 30 of 33

31 The created formula can be viewed under the Field Property Panel section that opens up on the right side of the page when the field in which the formula is applied is clicked upon. Creating and Adding Formula in Inline Table On the left panel under Tree View, click on the Inline Table where you need to add a formula. A new section ' Inline Table Property Panel' opens on the right side of the page. Click on Edit Line Items on the top right corner. image :37:48.png Configure Product Item window opens up. Click on the Add Formula button. image :49:10.png Enter a name to the formula under 'Measure Name' field. Double click on the relevant field under the Fields section and select the operator from the section 'Operators & Functions. 31 of 33

32 The selections will be created as a formula and will reflect on the Formula field. Any additions of fields by clicking them under the Fields section, will be displayed as addition to the formula automatically in the Formula field. Click on Save. image :49:38.png Clicking the Save button will take you back on the 'Configure Product Items' window where you will see the newly added formula. Click OK to close the window. If clicking on the OK button shows the message as appended here, check the numbers in the colmn width and make sure they total of at 100. If not, clicking the OK button lets the newly added formula be applied on the template at the respective inline table that was selected. 32 of 33
