1 TechBrief New Full Width Website Present your real estate business with a modern, full width image focused website design. Our beautiful new site design option will showcase you as a RE/MAX real estate professional while providing your visitors with an experience that keeps them coming back. Here are the steps to create your new site. Accessing via LeadStreet 1. Login into LeadStreet and go to Site Builder. Click on the Design tab. 2. In the Templates tab select the template number you would like to use. When selecting the template you will see a large preview of the design. 3. Click Load Template Into Sandbox. Click OK when prompted to overwrite the current sandbox (will not affect your live website until you publish).

2 Customizing Your Website Website Layout 1. Once you have selected your new template, click on the Layout tab. 2. Full Width is the default wireframe for your new website. Click OK when prompted to overwrite the current wireframe of your website (will not affect your live website until you publish). Text Functions Click the Text radio button, Click Edit. You will have three choices: 1. Create/Edit My Own Content - Opens Text Editor to display either a blank text area or the text previously entered. Add a short tagline you would like displayed. Please note that the tagline text will be styled as large white text, any customization will be overwritten. Click Submit. 2. Choose from My Existing Content If you have previously saved a header/tagline, you can choose which you would like displayed. Select the previously created header/tagline text. Click Load in Website Previewer. 3. Choose from Company Content There is default tagline text available for your selection. Select the default tagline you would like displayed at your home page. Click Load in Website Previewer.

3 Quick Search with Photo 1. Click Settings next to Quick Search with Photo 2. Quick Search with Background Photos button This is where you will control/change your main home page background image(s) Select one or more images to display as the home page background image. You may add additional images; must be JPG or JPEG and 2600 X 1000 Pixels. Images smaller than the required size will appear distorted. Click Submit Selections. 3. Display Options allow you to add bedroom and bathroom search criteria to the quick search tool. Click Submit Selections. Profile Left - Home page Copy with Image 1. Click the radio button next to Profile Left. Click Edit You can add custom home page copy to your site. This copy will show just below the Quick Search. Your image will appear to the left of your content and contact information above. 2. Click Submit.

4 Text - Home page copy without image Click the Text radio button. Click Edit. You will have three choices: 1. Create/Edit My Own Content - Opens Text Editor to display either a blank text area or the text and graphics previously entered. Create the display you desire within the text editor tools and HTML. Click Submit. 2. Choose from My Existing Content If you have previously saved Home Page Text, you can choose which you would like displayed. Select the previously created home page text. Click Load in Website Previewer. 3. Choose from Company Content There is default text available for your selection. Select the default content you would like displayed at your home page. Click Load in Website Previewer. Note: Choosing any of these options will move your image and contact information to the top right of your website. Callouts 1. Click Settings 2. Select from the menu of Pre-set Callouts. Click Submit to load Callout Choices into the Preview.

5 Featured Properties 1. Select the Featured Properties radio button 2. Confirm you want to go to your Listings sub-tab of Featured Properties to indicate what properties you want displayed at your home page 3. Select among the choices to randomly display My listings My office listings Multiple office s listings Specific listings or specific agent listings 4. Click Save My Main Page Settings. Return to your Site Builder Design Center Site Colors Primary Color 1. Go to the Elements tab within your Design Center. Click on Primary Color. 2. Choose your Primary color this will determine the color of the website color bars and quick search. Click submit. Accent Color 3. While in the Elements tab of your Design Center, Click on Accent Color. 4. Choose your accent color this will determine the color of buttons and select text on your site including your navigation and text links. Click submit.

6 Custom Header 1. While in the elements tab of your Design Center, Click on Custom Header. 2. Here you can upload a custom header image to be displayed at the top of your web site. Custom header images must be 890 to 1190 pixels in width, and can be up to 432 pixels in height. 3. Your custom header can be previewed using the Preview button to the right to make sure it shows as expected. Info Display 1. While in the elements tab of your Design Center, Click on Info Display. 2. Here you can customize your site display options under Website Information Display Options. Choose Yes or No. 3. Under Social Network Icon Links, add the links to the desired social media platforms. Be sure to only enter each link as directed. Click update Social Media Values. Preview and Publish your new website! 1. Click Preview (right side of any page in your Design Center) to confirm your home page will display to the public as you desire. 2. Click Publish Live at the Preview or Publish within the Design Center Your new Full Width website is now available to public view.
