1 Welcome to RE/MAX! Whether you are a new or experienced agent, this guide will quickly get you started with the expansive resources and tools offered to you by RE/MAX.
2 The members-only extranet where RE/MAX associates interact with each other and with RE/MAX at the international and regional levels. Through the site, you send and receive referrals, register for RE/MAX University training courses, view educational streaming videos on demand, purchase products from RE/MAX Approved Suppliers, consult the calendar for upcoming webinars and other trainings, network and exchange ideas with fellow Associates and much more! A virtual in-house ad agency, where you can create and distribute professional marketing materials at your convenience. Available at no additional charge, the Design Center has over 2,000 high-quality print and multimedia templates. Customize them with your own information and photos and wow your customers! A lead-generation and contact management system exclusive to RE/MAX. Millions of homebuyers and sellers go to remax.com every month and the leads generated go directly to you. Enhance your listings and manage your leads with contact management tools, campaigns, your own personal website and more. mobile app With 89% of home buyers starting a search with a mobile device, our RE/MAX Regional Services MAXview mobile app is the perfect tool to help your clients get started. The mobile app is equipped with an interactive map search, MAXview property finder, Drive Time, and integration into your LeadStreet account. Best of all, each Agent has their own branded version to share with clients!
3 Setting up Mainstreet Once your RE/MAX profile has been submitted by your office, you should receive an from This will include a link asking you to create your Mainstreet account. Follow these simple steps to create your account. - Click the link and enter information - Select your preferred remax.net address - Click submit to save your changes Now that your account has been created, be sure to enhance your profile. The profile information on Mainstreet displays on remax.com as well as the RE/MAX referral roster. Make sure you upload your photo as well as contact information, social media profiles, designations, and any other details - Click Your Account - Click Update your Agent Profile here - Fill in all applicable fields and upload your photo. - Once completed, check the box accepting the terms and conditions, then click Submit to save your changes. * Please note that text and photo updates usually appear online 2-3 business days after submission. Once changes have been submitted, you will not have access to your profile until they have been approved.
4 Setting up Design Center To access your Design Center account, click on the My Designs QuickLink. - Click Profile - Click Update your Agent Profile here - Fill in all applicable fields and upload your photo. - Once completed, click Save to submit your changes. Your profile information will populate all new designs you create in Design Center.
5 Setting up LeadStreet or Regional Website To access your LeadStreet account, click on the My Leads QuickLink. If this is your first login to LeadStreet, follow the steps in the Welcome Wizard. If you have logged in previously, you should see the LeadStreet home page. This page will keep you up-to-date on what s happening in your region. Check this page regularly for new ideas and information. Below are some suggested tabs to get you started. Regional Calendar Technology & Training Awards & Recognition Regional Links
6 Setting up LeadStreet If you have logged in previously, or skipped through the Welcome Wizard follow the steps below to set up your profile. The profile information in LeadStreet appears on the Regional, Office, and your Agent Website. Step 1 Verify Your Contact Information Go to Agent Name > Settings Address All leads and notifications will be delivered to your primary address. Phone Display This phone number will appear on your website and signature Step 2 Enter your MLS ID If you are unsure of your ID and have at least one active listing, click on Lookup ID to determine the MLS ID.
7 Setting up LeadStreet Step 3 Enter Your Zip Codes Go to Leads > Settings All leads are distributed based on zip code You have 15 zip codes that you can enter. If you only service 5 zip codes, enter in each zip code 3 times each and you will get 3 more leads in those zip codes then another agent. Click on Market Area Zip Code Report to see which zip codes in your area generate the most leads Step 4 Set up Instant Acceptance Go to Leads > Acceptance If you would like to be notified of new leads by text message, enter in your phone number and syntax code in the box below. To find your code, click on Format List.
8 Setting up Your Mobile App To check your profile and share your branded App, go to: Georgia Agents remax-ga.mobilerealtyapps.com Kentucky Agents remax-ky.mobilerealtyapps.com Tennessee Agents remax-tn.mobilerealtyapps.com Ohio Agents remax-oh.mobilerealtyapps.com Use your LeadStreet credentials to login. This is the first part of your remax.net address and LeadStreet password. Select My Contact Info to verify your phone numbers. Also select your phone number for outgoing text messages.
9 Setting up Your Mobile App Before you share your App, you will need to customize your outbound text message. To do so, click Change Outbound SMS Message. You have up to 140 characters for the message your clients will see when you send them the App. Make sure you add your office name and cell phone number. Once your changes are complete, click Change to save.
10 Sharing Your Mobile App There are several ways to share your branded mobile app with clients. The most direct way to share would be to send the App through text message. To share by text, select Share App Invitation by SMS. You may send up to 100 messages per day. Enter one or more phone numbers, one per line. Then click Send to share with clients. If you have not already downloaded your branded version, enter your phone number.
11 Congratulations! You have completed the basic set up of your RE/MAX tools.
