2 How to navigate inside espc Access to the catalogue or search screen Possibility to navigate by clicking inside the list. (Less efficient, as it requires refresh of the screen). Quickest navigation by clicking on "+" in the product structure Use "All PRODUCTS AVAILABLE" section at the end of the structure to save clicks

3 How to navigate inside ESPC Symbol is shown when chapter contains drawings Open catalogues and chapters until reaching the sheet needed. Then click on symbol or title. Exploded view with active hotspots will appear List of available parts

4 Details inside each page Toolbar with buttons to go to the top, upper level, to print current page, or to change layout Toolbar with buttons to zoom in or out, go back to original size, select zoom in area, open small view When mouse is over hotspot, part number and description are displayed On click, part is highlighted in the list below List of parts with details: order with quantity required extra infos hotspot number reference part number description packaging quantity

7 Search function (by part number) Available search criteria: part number key words in description key words in comments Old spare part numbers in "replacement" field List of pages with parts matching the search criteria When clicking on one line, related page will be reached automatically

8 Search function (by part number) You can navigate between resulting pages using these green arrows After clicking on a line in the search results list, you are automatically redirected to the related page Both, the part in the parts list and the hotspot number in the drawing are highlighted

9 Search function (by key words in part description) Results are listed by max. 50 lines per page You can see the total number of results matching with search criteria User can navigate between pages using arrow buttons List of pages with parts matching the search criteria When clicking on one line, related page will be reached automatically

10 Search function (by using the comment field) In case you know the contents of a comment field of a spare part you are looking for, type in the key words here. Spare parts containing the keywords in the "Comments" field will be listed

11 Search function (by using the replacement field) The new spare part number is shown here in the list

12 Search function (limited to some products) By default, search is browsing all pages in all catalogues. Click on this button if you want to limit search only to some sub-categories of products A new screen pops up, showing product categories and sub-categories. User can restrict search by selecting a category or a sub-category, or even a single product or a chapter inside a single product.

13 Search function (limited to some products) Search is now limited to the "Manual Wheelchair Passive" list of products in this example Only "Manual Wheelchair Passive" products are displayed in the result list.

14 Quick search function By default, you can search an item number directly from the main catalogue screen on the right top of the page. After entering the number, click on the magnifier symbol or press enter to run search By clicking on the "+" you can access a drop-down list and change default field used for the search Search screen is "linked" with the quick search function If you go back to the main "Search" screen you can browse the results list
