Preface Harmony offers several functionalities to its end users and with the growing complexity of business it becomes necessary to familiarize the users about every significant detail. This document describes the concepts, features, and functionalities of Harmony that serves as a transformation tool for enterprises. It also gives an insight into the capabilities of Harmony to facilitate end to end cutting edge process transitions and management. Audience This document is intended for all users who have undergone the Knowledge Capture training, and are beginning to use Harmony. 4 In order to allow the Harmony upgrade to function properly, it is necessary that you clear all cache and database files from your browser before proceeding. Below are steps mentioned for the two browsers wherein Harmony is best viewed: Google Chrome Mozilla Firefox Google Chrome Perform the following steps to clear your Google Chrome s browser cache and database files. The below listed steps are for Google Chrome Version 60 and above. In case your browser is running on an older version, please update your browser to allow Harmony to function perfectly. Step 1. In your Google Chrome, click on the icon from the top right corner. Step 2. From the menu that opens up, click on the Settings option. Step 3. From the top-left corner of the page, click on the opens. icon and select the Advanced option from the menu that WIPRO LTD

5 Step 4. From the displayed options, select the Privacy and security option. Step 5. In the Privacy and security section, click on the Content Settings option, present at the bottom. WIPRO LTD

6 Step 6. In the Content Settings section, click on the Cookies option. Step 7. From the options available, navigate to the See all cookies and site data option. Step 8. In the All cookies and site data, enter base in the search field. Step 9. For the search result displayed, click on the icon to remove all cache and database items of harmony. Once done, all the application cache and database storage related to Harmony have successfully been cleared. Restart your browser (completely close Google Chrome and run new Chrome) to complete the process. WIPRO LTD

7 Mozilla Firefox Perform the following steps to clear your Google Chrome s browser cache and database files. Preparing your browser to work with the Harmony upgrade involves a two-step process: 1. Clearing the Indexed DB storage 2. Clearing the browser cache Please perform both the steps before proceeding. Clearing the Indexed DB Perform the following steps to clear all entries of Harmony from your browser s database storage: Step 1. While logged on to in your Mozilla Firefox browser, hover to the address bar and click on the icon. Step 2. In the pop-up that appears, click on right-facing arrow icon: WIPRO LTD

8 Step 3. On display of the website s details, click on More Information: Step 4. In the Page Info window, switch to the Permissions tab. Step 5. Scroll down to the Maintain Offline Storage section, and click on the Clear Storage button. Now that the database entries have been cleared, proceed to clearing your browser s cache. WIPRO LTD

9 Clearing the browser cache Perform the following steps to clear all entries of Harmony in your browser s database storage: Step 1. In your Mozilla Firefox, click on the icon from the top-right corner. Step 2. From the menu that appears, click on the History option. Step 3. From the available options, choose Clear Recent History WIPRO LTD

10 Step 4. In the Clear Recent History window, select the Everything option in the Time range to clear field, and click on the Clear Now button. Now that the Harmony files are cleared from your browser, as well as your database, you can now restart Mozilla Firefox and run Harmony. WIPRO LTD
