2 Page Set-Up A. Header: includes your user name and role, log-out function, and Help feature B. Navigation Tree: used to navigate around the various workflows and sections of SCP-Embraer C. Page Display: the main work area in SCP-Embraer Use the arrow icon and to show or hide the Navigation Tree. 3 Header Bar User ID Role The Header displays your User ID and the Role that you are using. In addition, from the Header you can: 1. Click Exit to leave the application 2. Click Bookmark to save a link to a frequently accessed page 3. Click Help to review training material documents 4. Click About to see the software version 5. 4 Navigation Tree You conduct most of your movement throughout the system via the Navigation Tree. Access to specific functionality is role-dependent. 1. Click an item to expand the menu and view the grouping of related commands 2. Click an expanded item to collapse the menu structure 3. Click an item to execute the workflow 4. 5 Navigation Features 1. Click the Show/Hide Navigation Tree button to show or hide the Navigation Tree 2. As you navigate, the system tracks your movement history as a clickable pathway called the Navigation History Path a) Click any page name in the History Path to return to that page. b) Click the right most name to refresh the current page. c) For best results, use the History Path names instead of the browser's Back button. 3. 6 Font Size Embraer-SCP gives users two font size options: large and small. To update the font size: Click My Profile Click Collab Preferences Choose Large or Small from Font Copyright 2017 Exostar LLC All Rights Reserved 6

7 Working with the List Page 1. To act on items in a list, check the box then click the appropriate action button Users cannot select items across different pages for actioning 2. To select all the items in a list, click the Select All checkbox 3. To switch between Ascending (A to Z) and Descending (Z to A) sort order for a column, click the Sort Order icon A. The number indicates the order of sort by column. 4. To change the column display and/or their sort order, click the Configure icon 5. To manage the number of records per page or to move between pages: Typically, 20 records are shown on the List Page. You can adjust the number of records that appear on a page using the Records per page dropdown. You can move back and forth between pages using the left/right arrows. 8 Line Items Header Working with the Details Page 1. A Discrete Order, Subcontract, or Commercial Invoice Details page has a Header section and a Line Items section 2. Buttons below the Line Items apply only to the selected line items 3. The status menu and Filter button will filter the line items NOTE: Action buttons will disappear if one of the Line Items is in a status that does not allow that action. 10 Search Overview Search is best used when you know something particular about the item, such as number, name or description, that can be typed into the search fields. 1. For "Auto-complete search" fields, start typing part of your search criteria and a pop up menu will appear with options containing your search string. 2. For non-"auto-complete search" search fields, search boxes ARE case sensitive. 3. For all fields, use the asterisk (*) as a wildcard for unknown characters. For example, to search for items having 12 anywhere in the number, enter *12* 4. For all fields, use a comma (,) to separate multiple items Copyright 2017 Exostar LLC All Rights Reserved 10

11 Search Icons The icon allows the user to exclude items from search. Multi-Select Boxes allow users to select one or multiple items for search. The icon allows the user to select from a pre-defined list. Copyright 2017 Exostar LLC All Rights Reserved 11

12 Search: Date Slider 1. When the left most slider is dragged to the right, the number of days shall reflect a negative number initially starting with -365 and the right slider shall display. This means that the criteria search date range is from the current date plus the number of days indicated, positive or negative value, at the bottom of the left slider to any date in the future. As you continue to slide to the right the number displayed will reduce until it will show 0 in the middle of the slider bar and will show increasing positive values as you continue to slide right until it will show 365 at the very end. Example: If the date today is Jan. 1, 2017, and the "Relative Date Range (Days)" is set to -10 using the left slider, then the search will contain all results that are dated Dec. 22, 2016 thru any date in the future. However, if the "Relative Date Range (Days)" is set to 10 using the left slider, then the search will contain all results that are dated Jan. 11, 2016 thru any date in the future. 2. When the right most slider is dragged to the left, the number of days shall reflect a positive number initially starting with 365 and the left slider shall display. This means that the criteria search date range is from any date in the past to the current date plus the number of days indicated, positive or negative value, at the bottom of the right slider. As you continue to slide to the left, the number displayed will reduce until it will show 0 in the middle of the slider bar and will show increasing negative values as you continue to slide left until it will show -365 at the very end. Example: If the date today is January 1, 2016, and the "Relative Date Range (Days)" is set to 10 using the right slider, then the search will contain all results that are dated from any date in the past thru Jan. 11, However, if the "Relative Date Range (Days)" is set to -10 using the right slider, then the search will contain all results that are dated from any date in the past thru Dec. 22, Copyright 2017 Exostar LLC All Rights Reserved 12

13 Saving Search Criteria 1. Click the Save button to open the Filter Criteria window 2. Enter a descriptive Name up to 32 characters 3. Click the New button 4. Click the Close button 5. The next time you access the Search page, from the pull down menu choose the Name of the desired Search filter You can save up to 20 searches Copyright 2017 Exostar LLC All Rights Reserved 13

14 Special Search Character 1. Use the backslash (\) immediately in front of a special character (#,) to allow search to function correctly For example, to search for "#10-31 FHMS, brass", type "\#10-31 FHMS\, brass" The backslash before a comma is essential if the comma is part of the name; otherwise, the system sees the comma as a separator and breaks your search entry into multiple pieces; e.g. without the backslash, "E2open, LTD." becomes a search for "E2open" and "LTD." The use of the backslash before a comma does not apply when you enter a comma as a separator, i.e. when you look for 2 items you enter item1,item2. Copyright 2017 Exostar LLC All Rights Reserved 14

17 Viewing Attachments On the Details page, click the desired Attachment icon The number in parenthesis shows how many attachments there are The attachments are added by the buyer. The supplier has View access only. In the pop up Tab window, click the File Name of the file to view Where the file opens depends upon the browser being used. 18 Export Click the Export icon to begin the process of copying the data on a page into a text file that can be viewed off line If there are multiple pages, Export will only write out the currently displayed page. In the example below, only the selected line will be exported. If no rows are checked, the system will export all rows displayed on the given page. 19 Print Suppliers can print the Discrete Order or Subcontract from their respective Details page. Navigate to the details page for the object you wish to print and click the Print icon. Copyright 2017 Exostar LLC All Rights Reserved 19

20 Configuring Pages 1. Click the Configure icon 2. In the Displayed columns, select the item and then click the up or down arrows to change the display order of the columns The Left Table section is predefined and cannot be changed. 3. 21 Configuring Pages: Removing Columns For displayed columns that you do not want to see, in the Right Table Displayed columns list, click the names that you do not want to see, then click the left arrow button to move the selected items to the Available columns list For columns that are not displayed that you do want to see, in the Available column list, click the names that you want to see, then click the right arrow button to move the selected items to the Right Table Displayed columns list A. The double-arrow right and left buttons will move all items between the Available columns list and the Displayed columns list. NOTE: The Left Table is fixed and cannot be changed. 22 Configuring Pages: Column Sort Order To add a column to the Sort Order, in the Left Table or Right Table Displayed columns click the name, then click the right arrow button to move the selected items to the Sort Order column In the Sort Order column click the name, then click the up arrow or down arrow button to move the item higher or lower, or click the button to remove the sort item, or click the Flip Sort Order button to flip A to Z to Z to A Only the first 5 items in this list will be used for sorting. 23 Download Document Types The Download process is used to extract data out of the solution. The Download process is standard for all types of data including: Discrete Order Subcontract Commercial Invoice When downloading data you will need to decide whether or not you intend to modify the data and upload your changes. If you intend to upload your changes, you will need to download it in a predefined standard format template. If you do not intend to upload the data you download, but instead will use the downloaded file in other ways; then, you can create and choose from a variety of non-standard format templates. Be aware that older versions of Excel will only display up to 256 columns, so if you configure a download template and include more than 256 columns, only the first 256 will be shown. 24 Download Document Types During the Download process you will be asked to select the appropriate Document Type radio button if more than one option exists. If you intend to modify the downloaded file and upload your changes, then choose one of the radio button options where the Download Settings field is empty If you do not intend to modify the downloaded file and upload your changes, but instead will use the downloaded file in other ways; then, under Download Settings you can choose from the pull down menu an existing template that you previously saved or you can create your own template A. The Predefined Templates listed in the menu are the same as the ones above that can be used for upload. B. The My Favorite Templates are your custom templates that cannot be used for upload. 26 Creating a Download Template (Con t) 1. The user will be able to enter the fields that they want and in the order that they want. a) Fields can be added or removed using the left/right arrows. b) Fields can be arranged on the sheet using the up/down arrows. The first item at the top of the list will appear in the first, far-left column of the download. 2. Enter the name of the Report Template 3. Click the Save As button 4. 27 Subscription 1. Click My Profile to expand the menu. 2. Click Alert Subscription. 3. Click the checkbox to turn on or off an Alert. 4. Click the Save button to save your change. 5. The Group By Filter allows the user to narrow the page display to only those workflows of interest. 28 Filtering Your Alert Subscription Filtering s allows the user to enter criteria that will help narrow the volume of s that they received. Example: The user is only responsible for working with a certain buyer. The can enter the Buyer Name and only receive alerts when the Buyer Name is equal to the entered value. 1. Click the Filter icon next to the item that you wish to filter. 2. Enter your filter criteria and optional, click the Search button to check your filter. 3. 29 View History Suppliers can view the history of changes to a given schedule/line for a Discrete Order, Subcontract or Commercial Invoice from either the List or Details page. Select one schedule line and click the View History button Copyright 2017 Exostar LLC All Rights Reserved 29

30 View History Pop-Up 1. Users can select the key fields they wish to view and narrow their search by using the Change Field Selector 2. The +- button allows the user to expand/collapse the entry for that record. 3. The user column indicates who made the corresponding change to the object. 4. The Change Field column indicates the field that was updated. 5. The Old Value column indicates the value of the field prior to the change. 6. The New Value column indicates the value of the field after the change. 7.
