3 LMS portal access and User Login details Welcome to Liquid Learning, the hub for our corporate learning activities. As a fast-growing, global professional services firm, we are committed to our associates' education and development of skills. Accordingly, our internal Learning & Development (L&D) organization has created many useful training modules and courses. The URL to access the LMS is : Home Page Use your corporate login name (exclude address while login, ex: sjohn) Forgot Password Use your corporate login password. 4 How to browse the Courses Once you open the portal you will find the category details and available courses. Next to the introduction, you can see a 4-block image that represents the main course categories available on the LMS. You can click on the hyperlink to navigate to that category directly. You also have the option of navigating directly to your chosen course by selecting the view all course button at the bottom of the page. Page 4

5 You can browse the course by category or all the available courses from this page. Dashboard page Once you login to the LMS, the first page you see is the dashboard with the following components - left navigation menu, right navigation menu, recent events, my courses, and a calendar amongst other tools. 6 Top Navigation Icons Message, you can read your messages from this section Notifications, you will get the notification from this section Profile, you can edit and update your profile details Page 6

7 Right Navigation Quick Links You will find the quick links like mandatory courses and user guide Feedback & New course Request You can easily connect with L&D Department by sharing your feedback and new course request. Page 7

8 Calendar This calendar section is quick glass of current month. Details calendar details you can click left navigation section. Messages You can read the message sent to you by L&D Department or other associate/your collages. Private Files If you have uploaded assignment files you can quickly glance the latest list of the files you have in your profile. Page 8

9 Left Navigation Site Home This section will take you to the main home page without logoff, sometime site home page will be different from public view and authenticated view (after login to LMS). Calendar The calendar can display site, course, group and or user events in addition to assignment and quiz deadlines, chat times and other course events. Private files Each user has a private files area for uploading and managing a set of files. Page 9

10 My Courses The course are assigned/enrolled or self-enrolled courses you can see the list. You can see the course status like Start, resume and completed course. You can browse the courses as category wise assigned to you. Course Archive page Icon This icon will navigate you to list of course available Page 10

11 Profile Update Profile can view their own full profile from the user menu top right. User can personalize the display by selecting the "profile" option at the top right of the screen. You can refer below image. Once you click profile option from dropdown you will get following screen, which will give you complete overview of your courses, about you and edit profile. Page 11

12 About me About me section will show your details and discussion content. Preferences The Preferences page gives users quick access to various settings they might wish to edit. It can be accessed directly from the user menu in the top, right corner You can edit your profile, language, Forum preferences, Editor preferences, Course preferences, Calendar preferences, Message preferences, Notification preferences and Badges. 13 Upcoming Events This section shows up the upcoming courses scheduled in the Learning Management system under your account. You may access your course here. Course Stastastics Course stats will help you with the following information: Enrolled Courses Number of courses the user has enrolled himself/herself in. Course Activities Number of activites performed by the user. Courses Completed Number of courses completed by the user. Activities Completed Number of activities completed by the user. Page 13

14 How to self-enrol the course There are few courses are self-enrol, user can self-enrol the course and follow the instruction to complete the course. How to find self-enrol course and self-enrol 1. Navigate to site home page / main home page 2. Click view all course from available course section 3. You will get the list of all the courses Page 14

15 4. The course which has self-enrol icon you can click that course and in next page you will get the option to enrol the course. 5. Once you click the Enrol Me button you will get enrol the course and you can complete the course. Page 15
