Fix It Project 9H Complaint Form For Project 9H, you will need the following files: w09h_complaint_form w09h_logo Lastname_Firstname_9H_Complaint_Form From your student files, open the file w09h_complaint_form, and then save the file as a Word template in your Word Chapter 9 folder as Lastname_Firstname_9H_Complaint_ Form This document requires additional formatting and changes in content. Read and examine the document, and then make modifications to complete the document and improve the appearance. To complete the project, you must correct the following: Insert the text Myristicanna Spices in a text box, change the Font Size to 28, apply the Shape Style Intense Effect Blue, Accent 1, and change the Shape Width to 3.4". Insert the picture w09h_logo, located in your student files, at the beginning of the document. Format and group the picture and text box to form a single object. The single object should be centered at the top of the document. Insert a Plain Text content control to the right of the following paragraphs: Name, Address, Phone Number, Address, Order Number, and Comments. Insert a Drop-Down List content control to the right of the paragraph Best Time to Call, and then add the three items Morning, Afternoon, and Evening to the list. Insert a Date Picker content control to the right of the Order Date paragraph and apply the date format MMMM d, yyyy. Insert a Drop-Down List content control to the right of the paragraph Items Purchased, and then add the five items Accessories, Books, Herbs, Pamphlets, and Spices to the list. Insert a Combo Box content control to the right of the paragraph Type of Issue, and then add the four items Defective Merchandise, Item Missing from Shipment, Returns, and Shipping to the list. Insert the file name in the footer, and then show all document properties. In the Tags box, type complaint form, template and in the Subject box, type your course name and section number. If necessary, edit the author name to display your name. The font is Calibri. The company name is formatted as WordArt. Group the WordArt with the two pictures to form one object. Enter appropriate content controls. Solve It Project 9J Accident Report For Project 9J, you will need the following files: w09j_accident_data Lastname_Firstname_9J_Accident_Report Myristicanna Spices tracks all work-related accidents that result in minor or major injury. All supervisors are trained in the procedures to follow in the case of an accident assessing the injury, giving first aid, and if necessary referring the patient to another facility. Design a report form that includes appropriate text and content controls for the required information. The user should be able to select the department and medical facility from a list. Using at least three objects, group them to create a company letterhead. The bottom of the report should include a signature line for the supervisor. The required information can be found in the student file w09j_accident_data. Save your document as a Word template with the file name Lastname_Firstname_9J_Accident_Report Insert the file name in the footer and add appropriate document properties including the tags accident form, template Restrict editing to filling in forms. That is, there is no specific correct result; your result will depend on your approach to the information provided. Make Professional Quality your goal. The levels of performance Professional Quality, Approaching Professional Quality, or Needs Quality Improvements help you and your instructor evaluate your result. 1-software Mastery 2-Content 3-Format & layout Your completed project is of professional Quality if you: Choose and apply the most appropriate skills, tools, and features and identify efficient methods to solve the problem. Construct a solution that is clear and well organized, contains content that is accurate, appropriate to the audience and purpose, and is complete. Provide a solution that contains no errors in spelling, grammar, or style. Format and arrange all elements to communicate information and ideas, clarify function, illustrate relationships, and indicate relative importance. 4-process use an organized approach that integrates planning, development, self-assessment, revision, and reflection. Your completed project is approaching professional Quality if you: Choose and apply some appropriate skills, tools, and features, but not in the most efficient manner. Construct a solution in which some components are unclear, poorly organized, inconsistent, or incomplete. misjudge the needs of the audience. Have some errors in spelling, grammar, or style, but the errors do not detract from comprehension. Apply appropriate format and layout features to some elements, but not others.
