1 Implementation of Medline and PsycINFO into HDAS: Fields available from 01 April 2015 Library and knowledge services staff have previously been advised that HDAS users will only be able to search the Medline and PsycINFO databases with reduced fields and limit from 01 April for a limited period. This briefing document provides confirmation of the fields and limits that will be available. During the transition period NICE will work to implement the fields and functionality available in the ProQuest native interface into HDAS for these databases a full listing of the final fields and functionality will be made available at a later date. Please note that the lists below show the HDAS field code, the title of the field and the corresponding field on the ProQuest native interface. For example "ti Title (TI)" means that "ti" is the HDAS code, "Title" is the name shown in HDAS and "(TI)" is the code you would use to search titles on the ProQuest native interface.

2 Search Options Medline from 01 April 2015 Fields available in HDAS for searching Medline from the main Search page will remain the same. Search options available from the More Fields option in HDAS and the main Limits page will be reduced for a limited period. The table below sets out the HDAS search options that will be available for Medline during the reduced functionality period.
