3 1. How to setup Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa. Note: Make sure your Gateway has Firmware version 1.81 or higher. First the Gateway that will be used needs to be binded. To do this in the APP go to (1) Settings >> (2) Other Settings and click on (3) Connect To Cloud you would need to agree (4) to continue (5) after this click in (6) Auth Code write down the code (7) that appears and press the word (8) binding and follow the steps shown on the screen. *Note: For Google Home/Google Assistant you need to use a Gmail address, also make sure Google Assistant works on your Smartphone and in your Region! 2

4 A. Register Gateway for use with Google and Amazon Voice Control. (1) You would need to Register with LuffaTube first. For this the Auth Code is needed, this is the code which was shown before when you binded the Gateway. (2) Go to the website Login to the LuffaTube website with your Google account, (A must for Google Assistant). Also please use the same address you used when binding the Gateway. And then enter the Gateway Auth Code to bind the Gateway. 3

5 2. Google Assistant and Google Home Kit Setup A. Google Assistant & Google Home Kit Google Home only works when you have a Google Home Speaker, For Google Assistant you would need Android 6.0 or Higher. (1) Setting language change to English (U.S) in Mobile (2) Open the Google app as shown below. 4

6 (3) Say OK Google, Google app will setup your voice & bind your Google account. Please use the same account as the one that was used for your LuffaTube registration. When you have a different account on your phone please add the other account first. (Google account must not a company account in Google). When Voice binding fails, please do the manual setup as show in the below steps. 5

9 Enable and Setup Google Assistant: Say OK Google! Finish the Google assistant setting, and say Talk to luffanet to Google app and try to control the Gateway via Google Assistant. Say for example a scene which you made like Light on. (4) When you have a Google Home Speaker please Download Google Home app. 8

10 (5) Open Home app and setup our account (same as Luffanet) and the app will pair with the Home kit which is in range. After the setup is complete you can use the Speaker in the same way as Google Assistant. 9

11 3. Amazon Alexa Setup Make sure you have an Amazon Alexa speaker and the Amazon Alex APP installed or use a Computer (1) Please go to the website And create an account. Please use the same Google account as LuffaTube. (2) Start Setting up your Alexa Speaker please follow the Amazon Steps. 10

15 (4) Select your Wi-Fi network to which you want to connect your speaker. 14

17 (5) Click Skills (6) To find the Skill please enter Luffa in the search bar and press search. The LuffaTube Skill will now appear. Please select it. 16

18 (7) You must Enable the Skill to make it work. Also please make sure you have already bind your Gateway. (8) Now talk to Alexa and say Alexa open Luffa net When Google Assistant and Amazon Alex are active they and can be used. 17
