1 How to Access 234 Resuscitation eassessment elearning on ESR Mandatory elearning courses can be accessed via ESR (Electronic Staff Record), which can be accessed; On Intranet home page-> under the tab on the top left hand side corner -> click ESR or PC Check: Before starting your elearning please click PC Checker on the homepage of ESR to ensure your PC meets the requirements to play elearning. ELearning will only work if the PC passes the ESR system requirements. If any of the indicators show red or yellow: Internet Explorer - if indicator is yellow or red, please log an IT Service Desk call Java - if indicator is yellow or red, please log an IT Service Desk call Pop ups if blocked, change settings to allow pop-ups for this site. To check these settings in Internet Explorer go to Tools > Pop-up Blocker > Turn Off Pop-up Blocker and you can progress with the training. Please do not attempt any elearning until your PC has been updated, as the learning will not be recorded. Compatibility View Settings: See page 4. Follow the guidance below to login - depending on whether you have a login username or are a Smartcard user; ESR Login Users 1. Click ESR Login button ESR Smartcard Users 1. Click ESR Login button 2. 2 Step 1: Click Learner Homepage under My Enrolments and e-learning How to search, enroll and play an elearning course: Step 2: Select Learning Certification on Search filter This will open up a new screen, ORACLE Learning Management, search for the learning certification by selecting Learning Certification in the Search field. 4 Step 7: Click Apply Step 8: Click Play button to launch the course When you have successfully completed the course please ensure you click on the Home icon of the screen, which will update your compliance matrix. at the top right Certification Expired: To renew your certification click Play button and click button to launch the course. Renew and Play Compatibility View Settings: On IE11 Tools settings or Gear icon-> click Compatibility View Settings ->untick Display internet sites in Compatibility View. 5 Accessing ESR Offsite Remote Access: You can access your ESR account and the Resuscitation eassessment certification off-site on any device, anywhere, anytime. Follow the steps below, to request remote access; 234 Resuscitation Newborn eassessment - Level Resuscitation Paediatric eassessment - Level Resuscitation Adult eassessment - Level 2 Whilst at work: Step 1: Log onto ESR Step 2: Click Manage Internet Access on the top right hand corner of the Portal Step 3: Smartcard users: Enter a new password and click Request Internet Access. You can access ESR remotely with the approved ESR Username and Password. Your approved ESR username ( e.g 234ZXXXXXX01) will be displayed here and REMEMBER you need your ESR Username and password to access ESR remotely. ESR login users: Click Request Internet Access; you can access ESR remotely with the approved Username and password will be the same as you use at work. ** If you forgot your approved ESR Username, click Manage Internet Access on the top right hand corner of the Portal ** Remote Access Password reset: When logged in remotely the following menu option is available to reset your password if required: A user must know their old password to be able to reset it to a new password. Where a user has forgotten their username and/or password then they will be required to log back into ESR while at work to perform the reset. This facility will reset you ESR password, whether To logging in in remotely over the Internet or when you are at work. When you want to log in remotely from another device away from work, use this web address to access ESR - or download the app from the Apple store on iphones or the Play store on Android phones. This will take you to the remote access login page. Enter your ESR username followed by your approved password previously set-up at work, and click Log in button. This will then take you to the ESR portal landing page where you can access your ESR account and national elearning packages.
