SPC Connect allows installers and end users to access an SPC intruder alarm control panel remotely via the Internet, with all of its settings and other information stored in the cloud, whilst eliminating the need for port forwarding. SPC Connect is a powerful platform that strengthens the SPC portfolio, and provides a platform for security professionals and their colleagues to collaboratively manage more panels. Using SPC connect any installer can be given permissions to remotely access the SPC web page, allowing for instant access to all configuration options and immediate support for your customers Organise your SPC System into logical groups to control and define the benefits you wish to offer your customers. Save time by auto enrolling SPC Panels into preconfigured groups to immediately enable the SPC connect functions. Secure your customers data; Store every change or periodically store the configuration file from customer s sites, using this function. You can restore configurations, view changes, make notes on why changes were made or if necessary download the file locally to your PC. Designed for installers who provide their customers with system status reports, operating in a periodic or manual mode the SPC Connect V2.0 will offer you an overview of the system highlighting any issues or area of concern. Each SPC report can be printed from the web site and provide the necessary information for your customers. The SPC system is continuously improved with new features and enhancements, this function allows you to immediately update all systems to the latest SPC firmware. SPC Connect V2.0 allows you to configure a group of panels to ensure that they are always in sync. Monitor and inspect the status of FlexC communications across all panels to monitoring stations. SPC Connect V2.0 allows you to notify via if faults or other events occur on any panel within a panel group. page 3

4 SPC Connect 2.0 Benefits SPC Connect 2.0 is designed firmly with the Installer in mind, enabling you to remotely carry out specific tasks such as site configuration, troubleshooting, local user configuration and regular maintenance - saving massive amounts of time and money that would otherwise be spent travelling to and from site, while also enabling a swift resolution to any issues. The front-end interface to an individual site has the same web layout as exists for a local connection to an SPC thus providing familiarity and reduced training costs. By simply logging in via a user name and password, it s possible to remotely view status, set and unset a system, control devices, access an event log and view cameras across single or multiple panels. It is also possible to configure direct messaging by , so in the event of an alarm the Installer is notified. SPC Connect 2.0 s web interface has been developed in six different languages - Currently available in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian and Swedish. End users can download the SPC Connect 2.0 app free of charge from the Apple App Store or Google Play, which provides them with an interface which provides clearer arming and status information. All of the user s interactions through SPC connect are secured with financial grade SSL security, giving peace of mind with powerful control.
