2 Quick and Easy Set-up 1. App Set-up . Once your Eddy installation is complete, you will receive an from us with your login and temporary password. Please click the link on the to go to the My Eddy Home App page, where you will be asked to reset your password. You will be prompted to set a new password. Your password must be between 6 to 12 characters and must include at least one number. 2. Download the App. From your smartphone or tablet, please access the Apple App Store or Google Play and search for our App - My Eddy Home. 3. 6 Alerts ENABLED Proactive Snoozing of Alerts Should you need to proactively pause your alerts, you can click this button to alert the system and set the time in minutes and hours. This is a great feature if you need to use your water outside of what s normal for your family (such as filling a pool) for up to 68 hours. Please note that by snoozing an alert, you are temporarily disabling the system, so leaks will not be detected during this timeframe. The New Essential Home Service

7 Remote Water Shutoff You can control the flow of water to your property using the Water Toggle. This will turn your main valve off and on. As you can see in blue, your water is currently On. To switch it Off, you just have to press the On toggle button and it will prompt you to confirm your decision to shut off your water. myeddyhome.com

8 Away Mode You ll also be able to turn on Away mode if you are going to be away from your home. With Away Mode enabled, your monitoring system becomes more sensitive to water use and more proactive in turning your water off. 9 Cost The arrow beside the Away Mode button will take you to the Cost Page. This page gives you a summary of the total volume and cost of your water consumption and waste water charges by day, month, billing cycle or year. You can use the options menu to switch between date ranges. myeddyhome.com

10 Usage From the options bar at the bottom of the page you can now select the Usage Tab. This page shows detailed charts of your consumption for the current day, month, billing cycle, or year. 11 Compare Also, on the options bar at the bottom of the page you can select the Comparison Tab. This page allows you to compare your water consumption across two days or billing cycles.
