1 BPCLMIS HEADQUARTER GUIDE REACHING THE SITE- You can reach BPCLMIS athttp://bpclmis.cloudfinch.com/ REGISTRATION- For registering, you can click to the Register link highlighted in blue color below the Sign In button. For creating a new BPCLMIS account you need to fill up your - 1. First Name - The first name you want to be visible on your profile.
2 2. Last Name - The last name you want to be visible on your profile. 3. id - Log in with your Bharat Petroleum. 4. Password - Create a new password. 5. Role - Select your role as Operator,Location Head,Regional Headquarter or Headquarters. After filling up the form, click on the Register button. You need to wait for Administrator to approve your registration and then you can get started with the work. SIGN UPs- You have the control of all the User Registration Settings. You can accept or deny the registration request of any user. From the
3 User Registration navigation tab you can activate or deactivate any account. From the fields given at the bottom of the page, you can filter your searches. LOGGING IN- As soon as you are logged in, you are directed to the Dashboard which contains the Status of the MIS Sheets for the current month as well as previous month. You can scroll through the MIS Sheets from the left navigation palette. At the bottom of the left palette, you can see the status of the MIS entries you have made for the current as well as previous months. The top left-most corner of the site contains the BPCLMIS logo which will direct you to the Dashboard irrespective of the MIS Sheet you are currently at.
4 The arrow near the BPCLMIS will expand the view of your MIS Sheet and the icon next to it will expand your window to full screen. On the top right corner of your screen you can click on the profile icon to go to your profile and edit it or log out of your account. NAVIGATION BAR TABS - DASHBOARD - The DASHBOARD will give give you the information of the status of the MIS Sheet completion for the present as well as previous month. Below the top toolbar, the Info bar will remind you of the next deadline.
5 HIGHLIGHTS - You can view and edit the Highlights that are promoted to you by the Region. It can either be created by the Region or forwarded by the Location Head.
6 ALL INDIA MIS - The All India MIS contains the list of MIS Sheets that are filled and reviewed by the operators, Locational Heads and the Regional Headquarters every month. If it is assigned to you, you can view or edit the sheets. SAVING DATA IN THE MIS SHEETS - After filling the details click save to save your enteries. After the entries have been successfully saved, you ll get a green color indication message just below the toolbar to confirm that the data is saved properly. You can update your MIS anytime before assigning it to the Region by clicking on the Edit button in the table entry that is shown on the first page of your sheet.
7 The disabled fields will do the calculations automatically once you save your entry. You can use the filters given below the table once you have multiple entries to search a specific entry.
