Your Dashboard gives you access to all entitled functions, provides Deposit Account information, allows easy access to your Favorite Reports, along with important System Notices and Bank Messages. Navigation Bar To the left, in light gray, you will see the Service Menu, which is the primary Navigation Bar allowing you to move between functions in the program. (04/2015) Page 1 of 8
2 Figure 1 - Dashboard with Panels Open In the center of the screen, you will find account and report information, as well as bank messages. Each panel on the Dashboard displays an arrow icon in the top left corner that you can click to expand or collapse the panel. (04/2015) Page 2 of 8

Figure 2 - Close-up of Panel Open/Close Arrows Treasury Net s Dashboard page contains the following valuable information: Bank Messages and Secure Message Inbox At the top of the Dashboard screen is the Secure Messaging box (Figure 3 - Secure Messaging Box). Directly below that is the Bank Messages panel, which will contain updates from the bank, notifications of reports available and other system related information. 4 System Notices (Figure 4) Transactions requiring approval are announced here to users with approval authority. Once these items have been approved or denied, the corresponding message(s) will be deleted. Transaction status announcements may also appear. These messages may be deleted by checking the box to the left of the message (check the box to the left of System Notices to select all messages on the active tab at one time), then click Delete at the bottom of the panel. Figure 4 - System Notices Deposit Accounts Panel The Dashboard displays deposit accounts on the bottom panel You can designate which accounts appear in the Deposits panel. This enables you to select specific accounts you refer to most often so that they appear in one convenient location. Figure 5 - Deposit Accounts Panel To view activity information on a single account, click the Account Number hyperlink. (04/2015) Page 4 of 8
5 You can choose to show Totals of columns, change column headings, and eliminate columns using the Dashboard Preferences feature, described below. Adding and Deleting Accounts Use Account Search to find a specific account, Account Group, or choose any of the accounts listed on the page to be displayed on the dashboard. 7 Selecting Information to Display in Accounts Panels 1. Click the Edit link or Dashboard Preferences at the top of the screen to display the Dashboard Preferences screen. 2. Click the panel of the account type you wish to edit. 3. Select which columns of account information will display and the order in which the columns will display. Figure 9 - Edit Deposit Panel 4. Enter a different label for columns, if desired, use the Show Total check box to choose whether to include the total balance for the column, and then click Save. Report Shortcuts Customize your list of Favorite Reports to display on the Dashboard. 1.
