7 Version Information 1 Version changes also break compatibility of the Export-Import mechanism. Exported process packages created in versions and older cannot be imported to the newest system version. In order for an import to be possible, update the environment to the newest version and export the processes again. 1 [Form fields] Fixed the behavior of choice-tree type columns on Item lists when selecting intermediate nodes. 2 [Form field] Fixed an issue with the calendar control (date picker) which would sometimes cause it to incorrectly display notifications about insufficient privileges. 3 [Actions] When converting DOCX to PDF, the resulting file should now have the correct page orientation. 4 [Actions] Improved handling of logins that don t belong to any predefined groups when using the Remove privileges action.

8 Version [General] Fixed an issue where the dates on conversations would be saved incorrectly due to time-zones. 2 [Processes] Importing a process should no longer block the ability to save workflow instances in other processes. 3 [Processes] Fixed a bug which would cause Time Out to trigger during Active Directory synchronization. 4 [Processes] Fixed an issue with the Export-Import mechanism, which would cause some reference tags used in the process to have their object ID s incorrectly overwritten after being imported to the target environment. 5 [Form fields] When adding new objects to any choice field, the menu for adding them should now open in a new tab. 6 [Actions] Exchange Calendar action should now correctly recognize reference tags (variables). 7 [Actions] Fixed an issue with the Invoke Web Service action, where the action would require all results returned by a Web Service to be mapped in order to proceed. This was not intended, it should no longer be necessary to map every single result to a form field for the Web Service to be invoked correctly. 8 [Web Part] Improved the ability to search for exact text matches on the SWE Web Part. 9 [Web Part] Adjusted how trend markers are calculated on the KPI Web Part when used to display daily statistics. 10 [Web Part] The SWE Web Part should no longer cause exceptions when certain settings are used in combination with the Mass approval function. 11 [Add-In] The Word Add-In should now correctly handle item lists with a summary rows.

Changes to existing features 1 [Form fields] In order to work correctly, Google Map form fields require a key, generated for the SharePoint site on which the form fields will be displayed. Changes to existing features 1 [Processes] Changed how associated companies (business entities) are exported. From now on, when exporting a process, all companies defined on an environment are exported as well. 2 [Web Part] Introduced a system for memorizing filter settings in the SWE Web Part. From now on, the filtering settings will be saved in the browser cookies. [Form fields] Fixed a bug where floating-point values would save incorrectly, greatly multiplying the final vale. This bug only occurred on forms with German site language settings. 10. [Form fields] Fixed configuration settings for the global form field style. Global form field style was not taken into account for SQL Grid type form fields and form system fields. 11. It is now possible to view the exact location of where an error has occurred, along with the error details. 2. [JavaScript] It is now possible to use tags referencing the object identifiers of a process when creating and editing JavaScript expressions. The new reference tags are now available in the JavaScript reference tag tree. Information 1. [General] Increased the size fields containing information about user privileges from 1000 to 2000 characters. 2. [Processes] Changes to this version will cause the Export-Import mechanism to break compatibility with older versions. Export packages created in versions and older cannot be imported to the newest version of the system. This limitation works both ways export packs created in the most recent version cannot be imported on older systems. In order to correctly export and import packages, update the environment to the newest version before exporting any processes. Changes to existing features 1. [Processes] Changed the way backup copies are created when importing a process. Previously, backup copies were created simultaneously for the imported process and ALL related processes, regardless if they were originally exported from the source environment. From now on, backup versions will be created only for the processes located in the imported.zip package. 2. [OCR] Changed the way Add a text layer works for the Hebrew language. From now on, if Hebrew was selected in the action configuration, the system will check for a valid license for this language when the action is executed. If there is no valid license available, Hebrew will not be taken into account by the OCR mechanism. 1. [General] Fixed an error which would not allow users to overwrite an attachment if a workflow element was returned to the step in which the attachment was originally added. 2. [General] Improved the window for entering translations for messages. 3. [General] Fixed the mechanism of checking privileges when updating a workflow if the option to check privileges is turned off. 4. [OCR] Added the ability to add Custom Fields to OCR AI projects, which can be used to find any desired value on the document. 3. [Actions] It is now possible to increase the timeout value for the action: Run a PowerShell script Changes to existing features 1. [General] Changed the way non-standard barcodes are searched for on elements in HotFolders. Standard and non-standard barcodes are now searched for on the first page of the document only (Barcode settings in the HotFolder configuration). The functionality of dividing elements based on additional barcodes remains unchanged, i.e. barcodes partitioning an element into many attachments will be searched for across all pages of the element. 2. [Form fields] The behavior of Choice fields using Autocomplete to pick a single value has been improved. Choosing a new value should now overwrite the old one as intended. 3. [JavaScript] Changed the way on value change JavaScripts work in the system. When a form field s value is set using SetValue(), SetTypedValue() or SetSubValue() functions, connected calculated fields and on value change scripts will only be recalculated/executed if the value actually did change. I.e. If value set by these functions is the same as before calculated fields and on value change scripts will be ignored. This change encompasses: -Form fields types: Integers and floating-point numbers -Item list column types: floating-point numbers, calculated values. For other form fields, on value change scripts are not executed at all if their value was set using SetValue(), SetTypedValue() or SetSubValue() functions. 23

[General] Fixed a bug where attachments in a HotFolder would sometimes get stuck and be unavailable for processing due to being used by a different process. 3.
