2 1. Shortcut Defaults Modify the properties of the CE Shortcut to default to your company after mm.exe, enter cmpy=(your company number) Modify the properties of the CE shortcut to default your user ID: After mm.exe, enter name=(your user name)
3 2. Change Colors and Fonts for Company Go to File and then Color or Fonts to change You can assign different colors & fonts to different companies
4 3. Company Logo on Main Menu Customize your Computerease background with your company logo. Logo must be a.bmp file extension and named mainmenu. Install in the data directory to have all companies have the same logo or in the company directory for each company to have its own logo.
5 4. Configure User (Defaults) CE user defaults: Printers, Quick Access Menu, Green Bar Effect, Displayed Report Options, Word Template Options and Clipboard options
6 5. Report Defaults Set Defaults for yourself or all users Double click on a cost type to turn off the other cost types Green Bar Settings per report
7 6. Maintenance Defaults Type DEFAULT in the code field Enter information that you would like to be defaulted when you create a new maintenance item
8 7. Autofill Zip Code Enter zip code in city field to fill in City, State & Zip
9 8. Quick Access Menu Create your own customized menu Assign default to your User ID
10 9. Favorites Menu Pull menu options out of program Rename menu options
11 10. To Do List Keep track of tasks Send requests to other CE users
12 11. Printer Setup Options Print multiple copies Change formatting of reports
