2 Compatibility imaint/imaint Fleet 3.5 System s imaint is compatible with Windows Server 2008 R2, and Windows 7. imaint is also Citrix Ready for Citrix XenApp 6.0 and 6.5. Configure a Citrix Server to give end users access to the full imaint application on any device using XenApp. Citrix XenApp is an on demand application delivery solution that enables any Windows application to be virtualized, centralized, and managed in the datacenter and instantly delivered as a service to users anywhere on any device. Citrix Receiver is a lightweight software client that makes accessing virtual applications and desktops on any device easy. If you have imaint published in a Citrix XenApp environment, you can install the Citrix Receiver app via the Apple App Store or Android market and you will be able to access any published applications, such as imaint. Server/Databases Windows Server 2003 base is supported for use with imaint, however hot fixes from Microsoft or the installation of SP1 is required. Please contact DPSI support for additional details. When using MS SQL Server, the highest service pack available is recommended. Client/Workstation The imaint Client requires network authentication to the Application Server. The imaint Evaluation requires IIS 5.0 or greater to be installed prior to the installation of imaint. imaint Optional Add on Products imaint Report Client Access the Report module from a workstation without having access to the full imaint Application. If you have access to the full imaint client this add on module is not required. An installable module is required for creating and customizing reports through the imaint Web interface. Internet Bandwidth ActiveX May be installed on your server, the imaint Web Server or the imaint Application Server. Microsoft IIS 5.0 or greater is required for these optional components. Internet Explorer 6.0 or greater Compatibility mode may be required for newer versions of Internet Explorer Add these trusted sites to the pop up blocker list: imaintonline.com imaintonline.net 128k is the minimum bandwidth for the imaint Web Client; 512k or above is recommended The imaint Web Client utilizes ActiveX components. Under Trusted Sites, click on Custom Level to enable the following ActiveX controls. o Allow previously unused ActiveX controls to run without prompt o Automatic prompting for ActiveX controls o Download signed AND unsigned ActiveX controls o Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe for scripting o Run ActiveX controls and plug ins o Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting imaint Mobile for Windows A mobile version of imaint for users working on the go with Windows based devices. Pocket PC 2003, Windows Mobile 5, Windows Mobile 6 (Touch Screen Editions) Synchronization software will be needed for devices that are not connecting wirelessly to the database. ActiveSync 4.1 for Windows XP, Windows Mobile Device Center for Windows Vista and greater. No Synchronization software needed as Apple devices will need to be connected wirelessly to the database. imaint Mobile for Android A mobile version of imaint for users working on the go with Android devices.
