1 BROWSERS OPTIMIZATION To allow your browser to function more effectively, we recommend that you Clear your browser cache (delete temporary files) and Remove any compatibility view option previously selected or relevant add-on previously installed. To clear your browser s cache (temporary files), please select your browser below and follow the relevant instructions. You can also see instructions for the proper appearance of Greek characters in.csv files. 2 Internet Explorer 7 1. Select the Tools menu. 2. Select Internet Options. 3. Under Browsing History, click the Delete button. 4. In the Delete Browsing History window, click the Delete Files button. 5. When asked if you are sure you want to delete all temporary Internet files, click Yes. 6. To close the windows, click Close, then Ok. or 1. Open Internet Options by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Network and Internet, and then clicking Internet Options. 2. Click the General tab, and then, under Browsing history, click Delete. 3. Click Delete all, click Yes to confirm that you want to delete this information. 4. and then click OK. Internet Explorer 8 1. 5 Google Chrome Click the wrench icon on the browser toolbar. 1. Click Settings. 2. Click Under the Hood. 3. Click Clear browsing data 4. 7 Remove Compatibility View - Internet Explorer 8 1. Go to the Menu Bar, click on Tools and select Compatibility View Settings. 2. Go to the list of web sites you have added to Compatibility view, select nbg.gr and click on Remove. 3. 8 Remove Compatibility View - Internet Explorer 9 1. Go to the Menu Bar, click on Tools and select Compatibility View Settings. 2. Go to the list of web sites you have added to Compatibility view, select nbg.gr and click on Remove. 3. 9 Encoding Preferences in Mac OS for viewing Greek characters in.csv files. For the proper appearance of Greek characters in saved transactions.csv files please follow the steps below: 4. Open TextEdit from the Dock, or in the Launchpad (for OS X Lion) 5. Choose Preferences from the TextEdit application menu. 6. Choose the Open and Save tab 7.
