IE Express is a retrofit kit without the Energy Management Module (EMM). It provide access to information about the equipment (status, setpoints, and configuration), but there is reading of energy consumption. Added support for the Intelligent Equipment Gatewayon-the-Go solution. This solution is designed as a service tool for the field technician to temporarily install on the equipment for troubleshooting purposes and short term monitoring of equipment status, setpoints, and configuration settings. This option does not include the EMM for energy monitoring. Once an issue is resolved or the job is finished the tech can remove it and use it on the next equipment that needs troubleshooting. This is similar to IE Express, but is designed for temporary only use as a service tool. 3.2 Major Changes Alarms: Addressed the issue where Intelligent Equipment was incorrectly generating a communication down alarm from the gateway or unit controller 3.3 Minor Changes Several other minor bug fixes and enhancements have been made to the releas ED INTELLIGENT EQUIPMENT 3
4 Release Version Release Date: 6/7/ Equipment Page Additions Pathfinder Air-Cooled Chiller (AWS) with single point power and the MicroTech III controller. 4.2 Major Changes Help page: A copy of the License Agreement is added to the IE Help Documents tab in the Help page. Technician / Technician Admin Role: Graphics - Roofpak units: Default images are added for Roofpak units on the Overview, Air, and Refrigeration tabs. Analytics: Added Compressor Health section to the Circuit tab for chillers. This new section compares the RunTime (hr) vs. Compressor Starts for each compressor in the circuit for the following time periods: Lifetime of the compressor Past year Past month Past week Last stop this is the just the run time the last time the compressor ran. The status of the time periods for the RunTime (hr) vs. Compressor Starts are color coded to show quality of this analytic: Red if the result < 1 hr/start Yellow if the result >= 1 hr/start and < 2 hr/ start Green if result >= 2 hr/start Maintenance: Event Based notifications is improved to now support chiller attributes. Event Based notifications can be setup to trigger based on up to 3 conditions (using the AND operator). Reports: Chiller Inspection Report: This report, which was added in the 2.2 release for AGZ, is now available for the AWV Pathfinder. This report, allows the tech to do diagnostics & make recommendations, point out the benefit to any available enhancements and document the operational data during the inspection. Select operational data is autopopulated into the inspection report from the Micro-Tech controller. Saves the technician time for checking data locally at the site. Diagnostics menu allows all major components such as compressor, oil, evaporator, condenser, and electrical system components to be evaluated based on pre-configured inspection checks and low and high severity inspection warnings. This feature is located on the equipment page. Click the Maintenance tab and then the Diagnostics sub tab to complete & submit the report. Click the Reports tab and then the Service Logs sub tab to download/ view the document after the report is submitted. Customer / Customer Admin Role: A new bar chart called Energy Cost is added to show the cost associated with the energy usage for the specified time period. This chart provides the following information: Y-axis: left side shows energy usage, right side reflects the cost. Chart header shows the total energy and total cost for the specified time period. Overlay previous week. Ability to download the presented data to CSV, PNG, JPEG, PDF, and SVG file format. 4.3 Minor Changes Several other minor bug fixes and enhancements have been made to the release. ED INTELLIGENT EQUIPMENT 4
5 Release Version Release Date: 1/9/ Equipment Page Additions Pathfinder Air-Cooled Chiller (AWV) with single point power and the MicroTech III controller. 5.2 Major Changes Onboarding Wizard: New Users improved first time access to the user interface by taking new users directly to their setup page (User Profile Settings menu), so they are aware of how their alarm & maintenance notifications are setup and if necessary can change the settings to appropriate nuisance frequency. Existing Users the Customer/Technician login screen indicates whenever a new unit has been assigned to you by showing an asterisk (*) next to role (Customer and/or Technician) and a note to remind the user to verify the schedule and notifications for the new unit(s) is setup correctly under the Settings page. Technician / Technician Admin Role: Discharge Air Temperature (DAT) Reset: DAT Reset is added for rooftop units under the Controls tab, giving you the ability to determine how the heat/cool reset is controlled, what heat/ cool temperature it is set to, and the min/max the heat/cool temperature can reset to. Enhanced Setpoints Override status to more clearly indicate when a unit is in overridden or if an override is canceled due to an external source like a BAS. This feature is located on the equipment page. Click on the Controls tab and then the Setpoints Override sub tab. Alarm color scheme is now as follows: Unit Controller Alarms Warnings = Yellow Problems = Orange Faults = Red Intelligent Equipment alarms Unit Not Commissioned = Yellow Gateway Communication to Cloud Down = Red Reports: Export Data tab Enhanced the Time Period range to include the date & time range instead of just the date range. Data can be exported based on three(3) formats: Data Unit Log file Fixed Time Trend Change of Value Graphics - Large Rebel units: Default images exist for all Large Rebel units, not just the ones 25 tons or greater. Customer / Customer Admin Role: A new pie chart called Run Time is added to show amount of time a unit is in different modes (e.g., 100hrs heating, 500hrs cooling, 300hrs off, etc.). A new line chart called Energy Usage replaces the previous Live Power Usage data to provide more useful information about the energy used by the equipment. The chart also allows you to plot the values to the previous date range set in the chart for easier comparison of energy usage. Data can be plotted for the last Day, the last Week, the last Month, and the last Year. NOTE: the last Week, Month, & Year are the last periods relative to the current date, not the last calendar week, month, or year. That means: Last Day = the last 24 hours, not the previous calendar day Last Week = the last 7 days, not last Monday-Sunday. Last Month = the last 30 days, not the last calendar month Last Year = the last 365 days, not the last calendar year The Show Previous XX checkbox shows the previous time period to the last day/week/month/ year selected. Example; if today is Wednesday, 12/14/16, then the Week button will show the data from 12/8/16 12/14/16. If I select the Show Previous Week checkbox then previous week s data from 12/1/16 12/7/16 will plot as a separate line on the chart.
