Select your package of choice on the right margin. For this example the Wednesday and Thursday packages have been selected. Our Conference web pages will provide details on all available packages and events. You will be able to register a guest for tours or social events when your registration is complete. Page 1
Selecting Your Sessions, Tours or Events: TICKETS: To receive your ticket to any of the social events, Continuing Education sessions, Admission Course lectures included in the Conference packages, you must select the event you wish to attend. Selections are presented daily starting with Wednesday. Choose your sessions, tours and social events for the appropriate day. To proceed, either click the tab for the following day or scroll to the bottom of the page and click Next. You can change your package type (i.e. Wednesday/Thursday packages to Full Conference package) at any time through the process by selecting Change next to the package selected. Your selected sessions, tours or events will remain intact. Page 2
Thursday Select your sessions, tours and social events for the day and either click the tab for the following day or scroll to the bottom of the page and click Next Page 3

Friday Select your sessions, tours and social events for the day. When finished select View Summary Page 5
NEW: If you forget to select a social event that is included in your package, the following message will appear indicating which social events you have not selected. Click on to close the window. You can now go back and add the missing social event noted in the message box, change your package selection if you do not plan to attend the social event (in order to ensure you receive the best price possible) by clicking Change or click View Summary and continue to the check out. Summary or Itinerary Page This is your opportunity to review your selection and: Edit your Badge name to a preferred name or nick name, provide information on any Special Dietary Requirements or Special physical or medical requirements. You can select Back to change any selections, Print Itinerary providing all details of your registration, Register guest for Tours or Social Events or check out by selecting Interac payment or Cheque or Online Banking. Guest Registration: Session selection for Guest is similar to the primary registration for Tours and Social Events Only. NOTE: Guests who are architects are required to register separately for Continuing Education sessions, in order to track Continuing Education hours. Page 7
Press Next through to Friday to complete guest registration. When finished select View Summary Guest s Name request. You have the option of selecting Yes to enter your guest name to provide your guest with a name badge and tickets. If you select No all tickets will be in the primary registrants name. Summary or Itinerary Page This is your opportunity to review your selection and edit your Badge name to a preferred name or nick name, provide information on any Special Dietary Requirements or Special physical or medical requirements, go Back to change any selections, Print Itinerary providing all details of your registration and Check out by selecting Cheque or Online Banking. Select Finish on the Charges Summary page to complete your registration. Your Confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address of record. Page 9

To Change your registration (at a later date or time) Login page (your website login) You will be directed to your registration summary page. Here you can either print your itinerary by clicking Print Itinerary or can change your registration selections by clicking Change your Registration Page 12
After selecting Change Your Registration start of the registration process. you will be brought to the package selection page, the Your current selections will show as a check mark. In order to change your selections you will need to deselect the current session and then select your new session. You will receive a conflict message if you do not deselect your current session first. Continue through the registration process and select page when complete. View Summary, located at the bottom of the This is your opportunity to review your changes and the revised price of your registration. There are three options at this stage to complete the process; Reset Change Request to cancel the selected changes Change Your Registration Submit Change Request to go back and make additional changes to finalize your changes Page 13
