There are two ways you can submit your questions and comments. All of you should see a control panel on your screen that looks like the picture I have on my slides. This is where you can monitor your audio settings and submit your questions and/or comments. If there is only one presenter, only offer the Raise Hand option. You will note that all of your lines are muted at this point so we ask that you use the questions box on your control panel to ask questions, provide comments, or communicate with our staff. We will address your questions at the end of each segment where we will focus on questions that pertain to the information that was presented. We will address other questions at the end of the webcast at which point we will also open up your lines as you raise your hands. Portuguese and Spanish During these webinars, only verbal questions will be answered. Written questions will be answered at a later date. 2
