Login Instructions for Falck MyCare Because of the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) on the protection of personal data, we have upgraded our Falck MyCare booking system to a newer and safer platform, which will take effect from October 16, 2017. This also means that you have to login in a different way and that you can no longer login with e.g. your email address or company id. You can follow these instructions, if you have trouble logging in or have any questions about the login process. If you are reading these instructions on an electronic device, you can click on the different sections in the table of contents to go directly to the section that can solve your problem.

I forgot my MyCare user ID You can find your user ID in the welcome email that has been sent to you by Falck Healthcare or in the information from your company, e.g. on the intranet or in an information folder. If you forgot your MyCare user ID and cannot find the welcome email, you can contact us on +45 70 27 06 70. Errors and questions I have asked for a temporary password, but I still have not received the password. For security reasons, we cannot confirm if your phone number or email address is registered in our system. The reason why you have not received your password may be that either your phone number or email address is not linked to your MyCare user ID. Therefore, you should try again by choosing the other option (e.g. by choosing to have the temporary password sent as an SMS, if you did not receive the password, when you chose to have it sent to your email address). If you still do not receive the password, you can contact us on +45 70 27 06 70. I have tried to create a new password, but it will not accept it. When you create a new password, it is important that the password meet the following requirements: > The password needs to be at least 8 characters long. > The password cannot be the same as your user ID. > The password needs to contain both uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers. > You cannot reuse passwords. Be aware that you cannot use a password that you have used before. So even though your new password meets the requirements in terms of the number of characters and uppercase and lowercase letters, it can be invalid if you have used the same password before. This is due to security reasons. Do you still need help?
