1 Installation of Mobile Application To Install the Mission Antyodaya Mobile Application follow the steps given below: Download the Mission Antyodaya App from Google Play store in your android device Open the downloaded App and click on INSTALL tab After successfully installation of Mobile Application, two options will appear i. Open (To open the mobile app immediately after installation) ii. Done (To close the installation screen) 3
2 Starting Application To start the Mission Antyodaya application follow the steps given below: Click on Mission Antyodaya icon on application menu. On clicking the Mission Antyodaya icon, the application starts and display Login page Following options are available on Login Page: a. Login (Email or Mobile) b. Username and Password c. Forgot Password d. Not a Member? Register now e. Remove Registration 4
Enter the User Id and Password here for Gram Panchayat User For an Existing User: To register with the Mission Antyodaya Application, enter the User Name and Password and click on the LOGIN button to start your work For a New User: To register with the Mission Antyodaya application, follow the steps given below: 1. Click on Not a member? Register now button, the user will land on registration page. 2. This page has the following input fields, where the information needs to be added for registration: 5
Personal Detail a. Profile Picture b. Email Id* c. Mobile no* d. Title Name(Mr./Mrs./Miss) e. First name* f. Middle Name g. Last name h. Password* i. Confirm Password j. Sex (Male/Female/Transgender) k. Date of birth* l. Id Proof (UIDAI Aadhaar/PAN/Passport/Voter ID/Driving License/Bank Passbook) * m. Id Number* Business Profile a. Organisation Name b. Official Email Id c. Official Contact d. House Number e. Area f. State (All States in INDIA) g. District (As per Selected State) h. Near About Location i. Pincode 6
Roles a. Select the Role Type from the dropdown options (National Administrator/User, State Administrator/District Administrator/Development Block User/Gram Panchayat User) b. Mission Antyodaya is a role based application, so depending upon the role of users the privileges vary accordingly After filling the above details, click on the SUBMIT button. The Application validates the information and displays weather registration was successful or not. Forgot Password : In case user forgot the password, so they can again generate the password using Forgot Password Button Enter the registered mobile number or email id to resend OTP for device authentication Press the Submit button 7
Remove Registration Press the remove registration button Enter the registered Mobile Number or Email Id, followed by OTP, to remove the registration 3 User Verification In User Verification process Administrator user can process the newly signed up User requests and also existing user permissions 1. Administrator user will login in Mission Antyodaya Application 2. After login, Administrator user dashboard will appear ii. iii. User Approval i. In User Approval tab, all Registered Users are available for permission or approval from higher authorities like a Gram Panchayat User can get the approval from Development Block, State Administrator or National Administrator according to their position in hierarchy One red button get appeared on the screen After selection of particular user, options will appear on the screen for permission a. Skip (No change in user permission) b. REJECT (To Reject the User login permission) c. APPROVE (To Approve the User for Login) 8
Search User i. In Search User tab, we can search user by their registered Name/Used id/ Mobile. After the Approval from the concern authority user can proceed further into the Mobile App. 9

Development Block User 4 Login Process After User verification completed by Administrator, User can login in Mission Antyodaya Application by its own User ID and password. i. Click on the installed Mission Antyodaya Application to open in your android device. After that login screen will appear ii. User have to enter its User ID and Password in the provided fields. After that click on Login tab to login in Mission Antyodaya Application 10
iii. After click on login tab, a verification screen will appear with One Time Password (OTP) option, which is used to verify authentic User login by sending an SMS to same register User on his/her register mobile number Enter the One Time Password (OTP) here iv. Enter the One Time Password (OTP) in the available field and click SUBMIT for Login v. If One Time Password (OTP) is not received on the registered number than click on RESEND button to get the new One Time Password (OTP) vi. Once you click on the SUBMIT tab, User will login in to the Application and User dashboard screen will Appear on the screen 11
5 User Dashboard After login in to the Mission Antyodaya Mobile Application, dashboard screen will appear User Dashboard have the option to perform the assign Tasks, likely: i. Get Census data (To get existing data from Census and Ministry of Drinking Water and Sanitation for Survey) ii. Add Gram Panchayat (For the purpose of Survey) iii. Show GP Data (To review updated fields added in Gram panchayat) iv. Upload Online (To Upload Completed data of any unuploaded villages online) v. Export Offline (To export Completed data of all the villages as an offline file to be uploaded later on) vi. Generate Pdf (User can get the pdf of the filled data by clicking on generate Pdf button) vii. Change Gram Panchayat (User can change the already registered Gram Panchayat by simple click on Change Gram Panchayat Button available on the Login Screen) 6 GET CENSUS DATA After login in to the Mobile Application with User login and password, User Dashboard screen will appear. On Dashboard, Click on Get Census Data tab to get existing data from Census 2011 and Ministry of Drinking Water and Sanitation for Survey. 12
7 Add Gram Panchayat After get census data in mobile application, User needs to add gram panchayat. After the addition of Gram Panchayat following options will appear on the Screen: Local Parameters State District Development Block Gram Panchayat Village* Pincode* Existing field as per the state selection during registration Existing field as per the state selection during registration Existing field as per the state selection during registration Existing field as per the state selection during registration Mandatory field On selection, Census Data or Ministry of Drinking Water and Sanitation Data will be visible Mandatory Numeric field Should contain 6 digits After the entry of Local Parameters you need to fill the information about Basic Parameters: 13

8 Show GP Data Show GP Data tab will display the update Gram Panchayat data which is ready to Upload Online 9 Upload Online Upload online option will allow the users to upload not uploaded village s data directly onto the server 23
10 Export Offline Export offline option allow user to export Completed data of all the villages as an offline file to be uploaded later on. 11 Generate PDF User can get the pdf of the filled data by clicking on generate Pdf button This option will be available only after completion of all the villages 24
12 Change Gram Panchayat User can change the already registered Gram Panchayat by simple click on Change Gram Panchayat Button available on the Login Screen 25
13 My Profile i. My Profile option will come after click on three dot icon on the top right corner at Home Screen ii. My profile option having the option to edit the user profile at any stage (if required): 14 Change Password User can change the password by clicking change password option, which is available after click on three dot icon on upper right hand side corner 26
15 Change Language User can change the language on the basis of selection from dropdown menu 16 Logout Logout option will be available after click on three dot icon on upper right hand side corner 27
