NOTE: Only portal users will have access to the Job Board on the mobile app. To add a technician, click the plus sign next to add new record. Enter the technician s name in the Name field, and create a user name for them in the Username field. Your first name as a username is easiest. Your technician will need this information the first time they log in to the app. When finished, click Insert. To modify information for a technician, select the Edit, Reset Pin, or Delete button to perform the desired function. NOTE: All PIN numbers are set to 145 until the technician resets it on their mobile device on first login. 4 Please make note of the Company ID. INSTALLING THE APP Installing InPOsition on an iphone 1 Tap the App Store icon on your iphone. Type Divisions Maintenance Group in the search bar. FREE Tap the Free or Install button to begin the download. Installing InPOsition on an Android device 1 Touch the google play icon on your phone. Select the magnifying glass for search, and type Divisions Maintenance Group. Tap the Install button to begin the download. page
LOGGING IN 1 1 Tell the app which company you are with by entering your Company ID. This ID is comprised of four letters and three numbers (e.g. ABCD1) can be found on the Mobile App tab on www.mydivisions.com. You can either enter use your username for the app, which is assigned to you via the Provider Portal OR you can use your Provider Portal email. NOTE: If you want to have access to the Job Board, log in using your Provider Portal email. If you are logging in using your username, enter in your 5 digit PIN. On your first login, this number will be 145. You will then be prompted to change it to a number of your choosing. If you are logging in using your Provider Portal email, enter in your portal password to access the app. page
THE HOME SCREEN After your successful login, the app will show you a list of properties for which your company has assignments in the next seven days. This list is automatically sorted showing properties closest to your current location first. You may also opt to sort the list by customer and due date. Tap any of these items to access and close the available assignments. The home screen houses three types of records for your selection: Log Out Job Board (1) PO s for service calls If there are multiple PO s available at a location, it will be displayed like this: ( items). Tapping on the right arrow will reveal the available PO s. Contract non-compliance issues waiting for corrective service These are easily identified by the NON prefix Completed items Items that you have completed will remain on your home screen for seven days, but are designated as complete with grey shading. THE JOB BOARD When is a job is posted to the Job Board, you will receive a push notification about the available job. Make sure you have allowed for push notifications through the app. Tap on the push notification and the app will take you directly to that available job. You can also see available jobs by tapping on Job Board or the Menu icon (Android users). The app will take you to a full list of all availble jobs, just as you would if you were on your computer. Click on the available job to access more information. Make sure you set your permissions to allow for these notifications. Tap on Job Board to view available jobs. The number of jobs not viewed is also shown here. Jobs highlighted in grey are the ones you have already viewed. Once you ve applied for a job, it will disappear from this list. Scroll to view all the details of the job and tap Apply when you re ready. If you do not wish to apply for this job, simply ignore the request and it will eventually disappear from your list. CHECKING IN / OUT Tap Take Photo to take before/after photographs of the conditions on site. You will also be asked to identify if the photo is Before Completion or After Copletion. If photographs are required by Divisions for a particular job, you will not be able to check out until at least one photo has been captured. CLOSING NON-COMPLIANCE Notes about closing non-compliance: When Divisions inspects properties and identifies that contract services have not been sufficiently performed, a Non-Compliance incident will be created and the Provider will be notified. Providers must provide proof that the issue has been resolved by providing photographs and a completion time. This mobile app provides the easist way to fulfill this requirement, although the Provider Portal may also be used. If there are any photographs taken of the problem, they will also display here.
