M INDM ANAGER HTML5 EXPORT VERSION 1.3 General Information The MindManager HTML5 Export can be used to easily share mmap files, leveraging the rich interactive format available in MindManager. Expand and collapse branches, view notes, attachments, links, comments, and more (see Supported features section for more info). The user interface supports English, French, German, and Russian. The language will be selected based on the system s language settings. Map content will appear in the language used to create it. New In This Version Version 1.3 brings many new features, bug fixes and quality of life enhancements Printing. The new printing feature found in the Application Menu gives you the power to adjust zoom, cropping, and panning, add headers & footers, hide the background, add a border, and more. Search. Search the map for specific words or phrases, as you toggle through results, the app automatically navigates and/or expands matching topics Major performance improvements. Improved support for your largest and most complex maps. Version 1.3 loads maps faster than ever and has been re-engineered to provide lightning fast responsiveness when navigating, expanding & collapsing branches, and viewing your map content. Content at your fingertips. The new content inspector panel shows all topics content in one convenient place. Notes, Comments, Links & Attachments are easy to find, view and interact with. Also topics that are related by relationship lines or topic links are listed in the inspector and clicking them automatically focuses the view on the related topics. Quality of Life Improvements. o The collapse/expand state for subtopics is retained when collapsing/expanding parent topics. o The Zoom level set in MindManager is properly retained /displayed o Improved rendering for callouts & tree layouts o Improved light box for viewing attached images always displays the image at 100% Newly Supported Map Elements & Features o Excel Ranges, Spreadsheets, and charts are now supported o Show Branch Alone is now supported o Effort is displayed on topics that have had effort set in MindManager o Text Capitalization settings are now supported Many Bug Fixes o Start and end dates should now display accurately regardless of time zone or browser used 2016 Corel Corporation 2

FIXED MAP ISSUES IN VERSION 1.3 Large maps loaded slowly, and had significant lag when panning the map or collapsing & expanding topics Significant performance improvements have been made to make response time faster for loading, panning, and collapsing/expanding branches The collapse state for subtopics was not preserved when collapsing/expanding the parent topic.. The initial zoom level displayed was always 100%. Initial zoom level is now the same as was set in MindManager Start & End dates were sometimes displayed one day off based on time zone differences., they should always display the same in all cases. Callout issues: multiple callouts overlapping in some cases, callouts on boundaries displaying in the wrong place, callouts missing the line connecting them to a topic. Numbering feature not working for Central Topics. "Line" Topic Shape did not display for timeline subtopics. Numbering feature not working for Central Topics. Issues properly rending nested layouts such as map layout topics nested under org chart layout topics rendered as tree layout in some cases, or tree layout nested under map layout, nested under org chart layout. Numbering feature not working for Central Topics. Relationship lines connected to boundaries were not displayed. Icons for at risk and past due tasks were not displayed. 2016 Corel Corporation 7
Map topics sometimes appeared in the wrong order. In some cases a topic s distance from parent was incorrect. In some cases image alignment/positioning inside topics was displayed incorrectly especially when set by topic syles. Floating topics with timeline layout were not displayed as a timeline in some cases. Local/network file links with spaces in the file path did not work., link paths can now be resolved properly even if they have spaces in them. Centered background images did not appear in the correct position in the background., they now always appear in the center. The text true or false did not display in topics. Task highlighting for at risk and past due did not display in some cases. Roll-up task icon was not displayed for topics with no task info. Link and other icons appeared on the bottom right of topics., they now appear on the center right as they do in MindManager. Business topic icons overlapped collapse/expand button in some cases. Filtered Roll-up maps did not display correctly. Topic properties were displayed in the wrong location for oval and diamond shapes. Tags, Task info, and other information in the topic info box for topics with properties would disappear after collapsing/expanding the properties. 2016 Corel Corporation 8
KNOWN ISSUES IN VERSION 1.3 Longer map titles are truncated at the top of the viewer in some cases. Mouse over the browser tab to see a tooltip with the full map title. Topics with their fill color set to "None" or partially transparent will not show background images behind them. Maps exported in the legacy interactive PDF format are not viewable as topic attachments. Topic info (tags, task info, etc) appears at the bottom of Diamond, Circle, and Oval shape topics instead of directly below the text. Ink images created in pen mode are not displayed. Convert ink to text. Relative file links do not work. Change the link type to absolute in the add/edit link dialog. Boundaries do not show their fill color. Callouts appear in the wrong location in rare cases One or more Topics appear in the wrong order in rare cases. Copy & paste content to a new map. Links to local or network files do not work in some cases. Use attachments instead. Roll-up tasks with hours round down to the nearest whole work day. Effort sometimes displays using the wrong units and is displayed below resources instead of above. Web hyperlinks set to absolute are treated like file links and don t work.
