Through myuhs, you can communicate with your provider's office to request an appointment, renew a prescription, ask nonurgent questions, view lab results and much more! Let's take a look at just how easy myuhs is to use!

Slide 6 Terms and Conditions Duration: 00:00:07 TERMS AND CONDITIONS Review the Terms and Conditions, then click, I Accept Slide 7 Token Duration: 00:00:15 TOKEN Enter the security token you received from your healthcare provider, our date of birth and your email address, then click Next Slide 8 Create Your Username, Password, and Security Questions Duration: 00:00:25 CREATE YOUR USERNAME, PASSWORD, LOGIN SECURITY AUTHORIZATION AND SECURITY QUESTION Please pay close attention to the instructions for selecting a username and password. Enter a unique username, a password, retype that password, select a security question from the dropdown menu, enter and reenter your answer to that security question. Finally, select SUBMIT.

Your inbox will contain messages sent to you securely by your provider s office. Icons are used to indicate the type of message sent by your provider s office. When a new message is available in the Patient Portal, you will also receive an alert sent via email to the personal email account you used to register. Clicking once on the message will open it.
