1 Android Operation 1.1 Android App Installation Obtain the SHIELDeye app from the accessory disk. SHIELDeye can be searched for and downloaded from the Google Play store. Figure 1.1.1 Download and install SHIELDeye to the mobile phone. After the installation, the icon will be as shown in the Figure below: SHIELDeye Figure 1.1.2 Reminder: Before using the mobile software SHIELDeye, please make sure that you have complete network configuration of the IP camera as detailed in the Manual. Select the cameras that was successfully added and is displayed online; Figure 1.3.1.1 B. Click the monitoring screen. a. The video menu action bar will appear to allow the following functions (Not all functions applicable for RSCM-121001W): 1. Pan/tilt control 2. Taking pictures 3. Video/audio monitoring 4. Intercom 5. B. Click the connected cameras to enter Multiple Windows mode. Figure 1.3.2.2 1.4 Remote Playback SD Card Recording Click "Records" in the Main Menu to enter the "SD Card" and check all the video files you want to view. Video types can be checked as required. 1.5 Advanced Settings 1.5.1 Wi-Fi Set Up a. WiFi Figure 1.5.1.1 1.5.2 User Settings Click to enter "Advanced Settings" Click "User Settings": the user name and password of the camera can be modified. Figure 1.5.2.1 1.5.3 Alarm Setting Click to enter "Advanced Settings Alarm Setting": Motion Detection, Input Alarm, Trigger Level, Alarm Trigger, and E-mail notification can be performed on the camera. Figure 1.5.3.1 1.5.4 Time Setting Click to enter "Advanced Settings "Time Setting". The user can change the time zone to ensure that camera is operating in the correct time zone.
